website needs to be more clearer on the…
website needs to be more clearer on the front or back brakes once got it wrong ordered two back instead of two front and then ordered the wrong type as so little difference to describe a Pro version and a normal version. I am dyslexic so that does not help either

Brake parts were a good fit not quite…
Brake parts were a good fit not quite the same as OEM as claimed but a good fit the bolts they recommended were the wrong size Delivery was quick

I do like the brakes once you remember…
I ordered EBC 296 mm discs for my car as the OEM were very costly and I did not want to buy cheap aftermarket I do like the brakes once you remember to bed them in properly( yellow stuff pads)and there seems to be plenty of bite and stopping power.
There was,however an issue with delivery and a mix up at the warehouse ( discs had not been painted but showing as dispatched with DHL,but I got them quickly once I rang up.

Very disappointed with both the service and the delivery.
When I placed my order for brake pads, EBC advertised a delivery time of 1–2 days. Unfortunately, that never happened because EBC supplied the courier with an incomplete/incorrect delivery address, resulting in the delivery failing through no fault of my own.
It has now been a week, and I still don’t have the parts. My car has been left off the road while I wait for an issue that should never have occurred in the first place.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company deals with them. A delay caused by the company’s own error, especially for an essential safety component like brake pads, is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be left without their vehicles because basic order information wasn’t entered correctly.
I expected much better service from a well-known brand. I hope EBC resolves this quickly and reviews its dispatch procedures so other customers don’t experience the same frustration.
