Never received the order
Never received the order as UPS said our house number doesn't exist.
(It does and have never had an issue with any other couriers including UPS).
After one failed delivery EBC updated the address and then the delivery failed a second time. After this I cancelled the order.
I appreciate this isn't an EBC issue directly, but I paid £7 for a 1-2 day delivery that never happened.

All good except customs formalities
All good, except sending it DDnP.
That’s quite a friction to get through all the customs clearance formalities.
Would be great if you manage to sell it ddp.
