Great first transaction
I wish I'd discovered easyframe before as it made the process of buying a custom frame so much less daunting than I expected. I was amazed by the amount of choice with frames and mounts, and it was good to visualise the custom mounts and frames, too.
I didn't need anything too fancy, but it gave me confidence to buy two non-standard sized prints which are now mounted and framed with a splash of colour. And I was pleasantly surprised with the price, service, packaging and delivery

Exceptional product and service
Wanted to duplicate another frame we had, mailed easyframe, Rob provided link to layout. Used layout tool to finalise our layout 4 apertures and dimensions replicated exactly what we wanted. Spoke to Kerry who was very helpful. Explained how to complete my order which was for 4 very large floating frames. 100cm x 100cm . The quote was very reasonable and I received my order in less than a week. All 4 frames are perfect and delivered by a very nice chap from DLR. now checked my frames they all fit and they look fantastic! As an artist framing is very important, costly and an integral component to the finish work. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Had an issue with my order but customer service was very helpful of resolving the matter. Customer service was outstanding and so does the frame in the end, and for that reason I will be returning customer.

Purchase elsewhere, don't waste money
I would highly recommend purchasing elsewhere. Product is not worth the money. It comes with perspex and not glass. The perspex is also scratched (no protective layer on the perspex). They also staple the perspex in place, leaving very little functionality. Overall definitely not worth the money. I'd highly recommend shopping around.

We sincerely apologise for your dissatisfaction with this product.
The box frame was purchased with Clear Acrylic Glazing detailed as the glazing option. During installation, the protective film must be removed from the glazing, as it cannot be removed once the frame spacers are glued in place. However, it is certainly not acceptable for the glazing to be delivered with scratches.
Regrettably, we have not received any prior communication from you regarding the scratched acrylic, which has prevented us from addressing the matter. Should you wish to contact us directly via email, we would be more than willing to discuss how we might resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
Quick, reliable, good quality.
I’ve been using Easyframe for about 6 years and they offer a reliable and quick service. The materials seem good quality and the frames last a good while without sagging or warping. I enjoy the process of ordering too, especially being able to upload a photo of the piece so I can see a mock-up of how it will look when it’s all put together.

Came across Easy Frame by chance! Was searching for a frame suitable for a medal display and Easy Frame popped up! Gave me more options than other suppliers at a competitive price! Two orders so far, very pleased
Two orders placed so far, one for a border which was dispatched quickly, well packaged and excellent quality.
Second was for two frames and an additional border, again dispatched quickly, well packaged and excellent quality.
The website is easy to use and only allows you to enter sizes of borders they can supply, unlike a previous company I used.
Good value for money and I will be using easyframe again. Highly recommended.
