If I could give no stars, I would.
My experience has been horrendous. Very poor communication, hire van broke down. Very high charges.
Slow to reply to emails, if they bother to reply at all.

Appalling! Avoid - will never use again. All started so well, they took details, said they could deal, quite quickly got a courtesy car, even though they had a shortage. Then everything went to pot! We were left 10 days wondering what was happening, to find out that the bodyshop had deemed the car fixable, but had been awaiting permission from Easidrive. Breakdown in communication. But they said then it was fixable and they'd given permission to go ahead. Then called the body shop couple of days later for lead time, to be told we'd have to call Easidrive again, because it had now been deemed a write-off, after they'd said it was ok. Apparently Engineers cannot be asked to change their decision, yet the Engineer took it upon himself to recheck they car he hadn't written off 5days later, to decide by just £200 it was written off. Didn't offer anywhere near like for like. Feel like the whole thing is a scam and they don't care that they are adding to the stress and leaving a young girl, in a much situation than she'd started!

We have spent 3 months constantly chasing this company and have been lied to so many times by our claim handler. We used this company as we thought it would save us time having to deal with the 3rd parties insurer after a non fault accident and has caused us untold hassle and left us thousands of pounds out of pocket. After thinking we had a resolution we have now been told that again our claim handler has given us false information. There are calls logged saying we never answered but we haven't been called at all. They never return calls and are always conveniently in meetings when i chase them over and over again!
Even their staff have referred the treatment of our case to their internal complaints department we are still being lied to and fobbed off in relation to our payout. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS!

What's the point about your website "offering" these services. The website should make this clear so it is not wasting my time.

Well all in all BRILLIANT took all my hassel away and sorted eveything from hire car to claims,people just don't relise that Easidive is there

service’s relly good but drivers rude they think are working on police station 😀

My insurance tried to refer me to this evil company yesterday but after what they did to my friend taking her medication, property even her house keys on Christmas eve like come on who does that on Christmas eve.

Yvonne from easidrive is a horrible person to deal with , she wants to hold on to my friends keys and her stuff without reasonable cause, even though the police have tried to contact her personally to release the important items.

She has blocked my friend and now she cant contact her in regards to her possessions. The police tried to contact Yvonne a few times but she has refused to liase with them.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS DODGY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. PLEASE SHARE AND I WILL SHARE AMONGST MY FOLLOWERS.

They can't do the claim coz the 3rd party who hit my car was not insured. What they did just leave it there. Never call me up to update the situation. They could have provide a way for me to deal with it but they didn't. They said they can't do the claim coz the 3rd party insurance has got problem. I have been waiting for them to get back to me which is never. I have to chase it up many times. It would be better if they could take initiative to call me up to tell me the situation and suggest what i can do. Don't just leave it there and do nothing about it!!!!!!!

Like: Convenience of availability and drop off/pick up of hire car.

Dislike: The failure to communicate directly with the insurance company for things such as documentation and details, which should be the responsibility of the insurance company to provide.

Repetitive emails requesting information that the insurance company holds.

Easidrive have 100% made a difficult time easier. They had me in a hire car within hours, and have been helpful throughout the entire process. They have been wonderful in their communication, and solutions. Can't recommend enough!

We were updated and kept informed regularly. Very efficient when bringing car and also on collection.

First class service, dropped off on time helpful and friendly

My insurance company have passed me onto this clown company. They have all details of claim from insurance company and keep asking for more. 3rd party are liable for accident so why can't you get on with arranging repairs and replacement car. I am a driving instructor and do t need crap from a zero knowledgeable company! 1 star - only because I can't give a ZERO or a MINUS.....

This must be one of the WORST HIRE COMPANY IN THE HISTORY OF CAR HIRE 2022 AND BEYOND!!!
