The company were very efficient in delivering a curtesy car,kept us well informed, of when they were delivering the car and when they were coming to pick it up.Gave us a car like for like. Couldn't really fault Easy Drive.

What a slick operation! Fully informed from the first call. Timely updates and efficient handling made for a completely pleasant experience. The personnel were accommodating and quick to work to my schedule and not someone elses. If only all my previous claims experiences had been this good. Well done and thank you to all at EasiDrive.

Fantastic!!! Had know worries what so ever! Day after the accident they took over everything, took all the worries away! Someone always answered the phone, Hire car was excellent. my Car came back like new, customer service second to none! I Hope I don’t need to use them again but if I did certainly use them again!!

My claim was passed to Easi Drive by my insurers. I had a dent on the back end which two local bodyshops had each quoted around £800 to repair. Easi Drive quoted £3,000 based on photos, declared my car to be a driveable total loss and refused the case. A stupid mark up which I can't fathom.

My car got crashed by another car, upon calling my insurance and having my car taken to the garage I was left stranded with means of transport for my everyday life and commuting to work. It was at this point that Easidrive came to the picture as my super hero, the personel I spoke to was very much understanding, polite and helpful, within a very short period of time I was offered a hire car from Easidrive. The car was delivered to my address, it was cleaned up and my delivery driver explained everything I need to know and he was very polite. I worried no more, my transport challenge was over with Easidrive. I had the car throughout the whole process till my issues were delt with. I'd like to thank the Easidrive team for the hospitality, professionalism and compassion they had towards me. I say "keep up the good standards".

I had a car accident ealier this year due to other driver's fault. Not through my choice, the case ended up in the hands of Easidrive who rush the claim process all the way. My car was scraped as a total loss and I was forcefully given a cheque well below the market value. Easidrive blames LAIRD for the low valuation, who have no interest in changing their valuation once done, despite knowing their valuation is much lower than their own market search results. LAIRD has never visited us and never had a look of the car.

I feel that the recovery team (Claire?) has never really been on our side and has no interest in getting a fair valuation for us for some reason. They are quite happy to leave the case there and take no action.

Easydrive is fully aware of the obvious error in the car valuation by their partner LAIRD, but failed to take any action to get it done correctly. Instead they forced us to accept it rather than using other independent valuation companies, or their own common sense/ legal power to sort this out.

The fact you could not get a fair value for your customer is because you did not want to for the sack of laziness. One Call Claims, Easidrive and LAIRD operated like a criminal gang to cover each other.

I was thoroughly impressed from the moment they dropped off the car at my doorstep, the entire experience was seamless and hassle-free.
The car itself was in excellent condition and clean, which I appreciated. The convenience of having a courtesy car while mine was in for repairs made my life so much easier and allowed me to continue with my daily activities without any disruption.
Overall, I highly recommend Easidrive's courtesy car service to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient solution for temporary transportation. Their exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicles make them stand out from the rest. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company. Promised a hire car for today and then there were no drivers. They caused confusion with the company doing the repairs as they denied requesting a tow truck. It took the repairs company 3 phone calls to 3 different people to find out they did request it. A poor tow truck driver had to wait 20 minutes for this to be sorted. A complete shambles from start to finish on a distressing day.

Excellent friendly service, the car was immaculate on arrival . Had phone call an hour before arrival. Went through paper work and vehicle .

Great communication, delivered and collected within slots allocated, staff were all professional and courteous.
