Excellent bikes
Excellent bikes! Our son had the ER 14” as his first pedal bike at 2.5yrs. The bike is very well designed with everything in proportion so the kids can just enjoy riding.
It was such a fantastic bike that we’ve since bought the next size up. We got it second hand so we bought some accessories from ER to spruce it up a bit. Service was great, everything was delivered really quickly and the products are of very good quality.
I’d definitely recommend an Early Rider bike to any young bike enthusiast!!

Another Early Rider bike and AMAZING experience with Belter 20 go go go ! Boy 7y doing up to 35km/h on flat cycle track ! Please help your child and get them on Early Rider ! Light, fast and quality.
This is our 3rd bike (belter 14, 16 and 20) for our children and the oldest boy now 7y is the 1st one to explore.
More than happy regarding the quality and ease of endless pedaling for our children. When my second son just 2y old at the time tried his older brother Early Rider belter 14 he just jumped on and went off pedaling on his own ! No holding assistance, no help nothing !!! I was shocked how easy it was and how balanced it is to ride this bike.

Paid in 4x 0% instalments ! Quick delivery FedEx delivered in 2 days UK Bristol ! Thank you.
We can now enjoy with ease up to 30km/day trips along Bristol-Bath Railway cycle track with 2x boys 7y and 5y zooming through on Belter 16 and 20.

The delivery process and service is a mess. I ordered 3 Items: ER Handlebar grips, bolts and saddle. After a week I received the parcel, but I had to pay custom fees the postman, which I was not aware of and had either the information (from early rider team), nor sufficient money at home. No credit card was possible. So, the postman took it back to the office, which took another two days due to process to get the parcel. When I get it I realized, that only two items were inside and the saddle, which was planned to be the easter present for my som was missing. The Service Team promissed me to send the Item right after I contacted them. But since then no information about the sending status or reimbursement of my money. I didn't expected such a mess from a company, which I was thinking produce qualitative products.
Please fix this issue

Further to my email contact with you I would like to reiterate our apologies regarding your package being sent not fully complete. This is unusual but sometime human error does occur and I will take full responsibility for this and apologise once again.
Your saddle was posted last week via Royal Mail and the tracking number has been emailed to you.
Customs fees are standard procedure when sending from UK to EU and I am sorry you were not aware of this. We keep a good stock of small parts in our EU warehouse but on this occasion what you needed was sold out. We will reimburse you any fees you are required to pay on your second package. I will contact you via email.

Hellion X20 highly recommend
We recently received our Hellion X20 - it arrived super quickly and is such a fantastic bike! High spec components and build quality make it so easy and nice to ride. It’s our sons second Early Rider, we wouldn’t buy anything else. We can’t get him off it!

Perfect Product

Incredible customer service
Customer service managed to find a bike in the Asia pacific that was available. They went to great lengths to put me in touch with the holder of that bike and arrange purchase, transfer and shipping.

Wir haben ein early rider Fahrrad, dessen Gangschaltung nicht mehr funktioniert.
Nach Angaben des Reparaturbetriebes ist es unmöglich, neue Teile zu beschaffen!
Ich verstehe die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie eines Fahrrads, das nicht repariert werden kann, nicht!?
We have a earlyrider bike whose gears no longer work.
According to the repairer it is impossible to obtain new parts!
I don't understand the sustainability strategy of a bike that cannot be repaired!?

I suspect you have a bike with the SRAM i3 hub which they discontinued some years ago. We still do our best to support customers with this hub - if you speak with the Tech Team they will always give you the best advice to try and keep it moving.

The usual great service from Early…
The usual great service from Early Rider - sure, it’s not the cheapest, but the quality is superb. For those that know bikes, this is decent adult quality in a kid size/shape and for those that don’t really know bikes but found ER on google - can’t recommend them highly enough. Remember that for learning to ride a bike especially, the fit and ensuring your child feels comfortable and therefore “safe” is so important. I won’t bleat on, I only bought some pedals this time round but would buy another bike from them in a heartbeat rather than the usual generic heavy steel monstrosities you so many kids struggling on (and their parents then struggling to carry when the kid has long since thrown a strop and refused to pedal another inch…)
