Received our Bigfoot balance bike this week. There had been a long delay with customs etc which meant our order was quite delayed but Early Rider were very helpful letting us know when it would be arriving. Great bike, super easy to set up, our son absolutely loves it.

Yo compre una a mi hijo mayor, y ahora la lleva el ensno, y si obviamos rasponazos esta como el primer dia. Les encanta sobre todo por la ligereza(la manejan y dominan bien) y los frenos que frenan cono dios manda. Cuando el mayor luego paso a una bici de gama media, se quejaba constantemente de que la nueva bici era muy mala!! Cuando termine con todos los hijos, la vendere para sacarle al me os la mitad de lo que oague por ella. Es fantastica la verdad.

impressive ordering and service experience
Really impressed by easy ordering process and the quick dispatch . The communication between ordering and delivery was fantastic .

Wonderful bike 16" belter
Wonderful bike the 16" belter. My son is a bit nervous but he was away in this. A little surprised when he first hit the break because they are so good. Great lightweight well made bike, easy to assemble and look awesome.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product, well mate, with great customer service. The bikes are awe inspiring to look at, perform incredibly and even after a year of use appear brand new. Cannot recommend highly enough. You really do get what you pay for!

High quality product
When ordering I entered some incorrect details on the order form. I immediately called Early Rider and my all issues were rectified with ease and friendliness. 2 days later my sons balance bike arrived as planned and ai set it up with no problem. The bike it's self is of extremely high quality and when my son saw it he immediately loved it.

10 month old prefers it to his walker!
Very quick next day delivery in the uk, very well packaged and presented. I purchased the Bella Velio for my 10 month old son and he loves it, the first couple of attempts he was a bit wary and wanted to get off but after a couple of days he is always getting on it and walking around the house. He prefers it to his walker! I love the little driving passport with all the stickers for milestones as a keepsake. My only small issue is I’m not a massive fan of the handle and how it’s quite difficult to control the turning even on the lowest tension setting but honestly he is learning very quickly how to turn it himself so it’s not really an issue for us.

Return customer happy as the 1st time
This is the 2nd bike bought from early rider as the 1st has been grown out of. We received the same great speedy service and the bike was perfectly packaged and delivered in 2 working days. Early riders quality is faultless, such well designed bike make it so much easier for young children to get started cycling. The light weight bikes are also much easier for parents carry if the children decide not to ride them

The Belter 16 has been great for my 4/5…
The Belter 16 has been great for my 4/5 year old. He transitioned from a balance bike to this minus the pedals. Once he sussed out how to ride with pedals, he was allowed to pimp his ride with blue grips and pedals. He loves it and I highly recommend.

Exceptional quality and service
Exceptional delivery, came next day, was not expecting so fast.
Quality of bike is incredible , my sons eyes lit up seeing it, not seen any other kids first pedal bike with belt drive, love this about it. And stands out from the crowd.

Excellent customer service. We have bought the balance bike and now the Seeker 14” for our 3 year old and he loves it. The transition between them has been seamless and with no stabilisers!
