Straight forward easy process from start to finish

This company is a nightmare to deal with they ignore most of your messages, apon collection the guy on site told us openly they take alot of the good stuff out the pallets and sell them self,There threaten to bill you 3k if you leave them a bad feedback the complete experience with this company is terrible,
Guys save your money..

My experience with EAMA Auctions has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.

I purchased a Franke A600 coffee machine that was advertised and pictured as a complete system including a milk fridge. After paying, I was then told that part of the system was not available. What followed was months of delays, poor communication, and constantly changing explanations about what would actually be supplied.

I repeatedly had to chase basic information. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were unhelpful, and I was even cut off by reception when trying to resolve the situation. The machine was purchased for a business opening, which was delayed because of the ongoing issues.

When I eventually received the machine, it still did not match what I believed was being advertised at the time of purchase. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, EAMA then sent me emails threatening legal action and demanding around £3,000 in alleged “breach of contract” charges because I posted a review about my experience.

Being threatened financially for leaving honest feedback is completely unacceptable in my opinion. I have reported this matter to Trading Standards and the auction platform provider.

I am still attempting to resolve the situation, but the entire process has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone buying through this company to get everything confirmed in writing before bidding.

I must say that EAMA are brilliant! As a new trader/buyer these guys have been top class with all of my 5/6 purchases, whether it be getting collected or delivered always been simple to sort my own haulier and a courier on their behalf from multiple locations. Thanks EAMA and I'm sure I will be having more purchases in the near future!

Nice experience dealing with the team and very professional

A genuine mistake was made three days before the auction started...when I tried to cancel my bid...they tried to Force the sale on me !
I even offered to buy a different product at that auction but they went ahead and Blocked me !!

EAMA imbued with professionalism,charges are clear no hidden bits, some Auctioneers fixes bids to bidders maximum bids regardless of what the final bid was, but with these guys you are charged whatever the final bid was, with no reference to your maximum bid

Easy process to purchase and collection of my lot

Do not trust and fall for this reviews, this is a terrible company, I bought a lot if 74 MYSTERY ROYAL MAIL, DHL, EVRI PARCELS MIXED RETURNS AND NEW LOL they must think people are stupid… well actually I feel a bit stupid now but want to prevent other people falling for this, so basically what they send you are a bunch of things that they probably couldn’t sell so the pack each individual item put a lable and claim as lost packages. How do I know ? Because I got 10 of the same t shirt same sizes same brand packed on the same day in different packages and each so on so on what will you get ? Latex Gloves, Chinese shoes, baby wipes, ice cream tubs, cat mat , plastic patio heater cover 20 pairs of women’s briefs ( all same size but different packages ) and they claim the value of the lot is between £1850 and £2590 LOL not even £100 and this cost me almost £300 honestly don’t wast your money because all of the other lots must be the same. Plus once you pay they don’t reply to your emails anymore. Completely wast of money and all this review must be fake ! Shame on companies like this !
