Solid motor
Purchased a nice Mercedes GLA for my wife for about 60% of what they are really worth. Well chuffed with that and she loves the motor. Would recommend to any of the skeptics out there as the cars are real and ready to be driven away.

My experience and opinion Reserve set on cars appear to be set so high what is the point of setting the start bidding from £100.00, my opinion it appears the sellers are bidding on the cars to drive the price up and after 20% Buying Premium one would ending up paying close to the normal second hand dealership forecourt price without any warranty!. In my opinion one would never save so called "0% VAT CAR LIQUIDATION - VEHICLES PRICED TO SELL! EVERYTHING MUST SELL - UP TO 60% OFF RETAIL!!!" All the cars i saw never achieved the reserve price. DYOR
FURTHER TO YOUR RESPONSE I REPLY EXAMPLE, ON A CAR THE BIDDING STARTED AT £100.00 I BID UPTO £7900.00 THAN THERE WAS A BID AGAINST ME WHICH I BELIEVE WAS MADE BY THE SELLER, I DID NOT BID ANY FURTHER AND THE AUCTION ENDED RESERVE NOT MET. *I have reviewed your bid of £7,900 for the 2018 BMW 420D M Sport Automatic with 56,000 miles. To provide some context, the lowest-priced comparable vehicle on Auto Trader, with up to 60,000 miles and no accident history, is listed at £14,000 from a private seller and comes without any warranties.
Securing this vehicle with a bid of £9,000 + Auction fees would represent a substantial 30% discount compared to the cheapest available option on Auto Trader. We believe this offers exceptional value for a retail-ready car.

The transaction is clunky to say the least and obtaining invoices is like pulling teeth but Lucy in customer service has the patience of a saint.
I’m pretty sure all customers struggle with the complex system but if Lucy did not manage the problems, I’m not sure you’d survive. The 5***** goes to Lucy and Lucy alone

Also the Care and attention they give to customers after you made a purchase is amazing!
I had a problem where a supplier to EAMA had sent me much less than was promised in the auction listing, but 1 e-mail to the customer support team and I was ensured it would be corrected!
The fault was completely out of EAMAs hands as they did not handle any of the goods in the transaction, but they made sure that the error was corrected! Other auction sites/places brush away errors like this with a “not my problem” attitude!
Extremely happy with the Company and their helpfullness!
As Long as they provide exelent customer service, I will happily buy Stock from them!
Oh yeah, and they also have a loyalty program where you recieve points as you buy. Equaling a 1% discount. It’s not a lot, but I haven’t seen this anywhere else!
Lastly I want to ask you to not go in and put any bids on, because I don’t want more competition! 😂
But jokes aside, if you find something you need/want you can deffinately buy from them with confidence!

You buy at auction because you are getting it cheaper. There is always a chance something could be wrong. The auction house is not responsible for any condition. So stating their terms and conditions surely is a sign of honesty.
