Taste and texture of supplements can vary from person to person, but the composition fully meets all regulatory requirements.

Nous avons également bien reçu votre e-mail et nous y avons répondu avec les informations de suivi. Peut-être n’avez-vous pas vu notre réponse.

Si vous ne l’avez pas retiré vous-même, il est possible qu’une autre personne (famille, voisin, représentant) l’ait récupéré. Nous vous conseillons de vérifier auprès du Point Poste.

We would like to kindly clarify that, as stated in our Shipping Policy, import duties and taxes for non-EU countries like Switzerland are determined by local customs and are not included in our product or shipping prices. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately, we have no influence over them.

Ihre Bestellung wurde am 24. April aufgegeben und am 3. Mai geliefert – das sind genau 7 Werktage. Auf unserer Website sowie bei den Versandoptionen geben wir eine Lieferzeit von 7 bis 14 Werktagen an, abhängig vom Zielland. Ihre Lieferung war somit pünktlich und innerhalb unseres angegebenen Zeitrahmens.

Was die Verpackung betrifft: Es stimmt, dass dort „London“ steht. Die Rezepturen und das Konzept stammen ursprünglich aus London – dort wurde auch die Marke entwickelt. Die Produktion erfolgt jedoch in der Türkei, was ein separater Teil des Herstellungsprozesses ist.

Wir hoffen, dass Sie mit dem Produkt zufrieden sind und danken Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis.

Your order was placed on April 24th and delivered on May 3rd — exactly 7 business days. On our website and shipping policy, we clearly state a delivery window of 7–14 business days depending on the destination country. So your delivery was actually well within the promised timeframe.

As for the packaging: it’s true that it mentions "London." This is because the formulas and brand concept were originally developed in London. However, the actual production takes place in Turkey — these are two separate parts of the process.
