Ottimo sito, l'unico aspetto negativo è che i prodotti vengono spediti dalla Cina, anche la la sede ufficiale sembra essere in Inghilterra. Quindi menu' in inglese e garanzia solo di un anno ma fornita da loro, nel senso che se hai problemi devi spedire a loro che provvederanno alle riparazioni. Una decina di giorni per ricevere il tuo pacco spedito dalla Cina gratuitamente credo che sia ottimo. Ho acquistato una macchina fotografica e un'ottica dopo due anni, mi sono trovato bene in entrambi i casi e risparmiato parecchi euro

I ordered a new Sony A7R3 and 24-105 G lens on Monday.Got a photo of the dispatch items the next day.I received delivery of the items to Ireland on Friday. I was very surprised they arrived so quickly.And delighted.No issues at all with these items.If I bought these items here in Ireland they would have cost me 1200 more than I paid.I would not hesitate to shop with E Infinity again.

I was always sceptical about this company, I found a few people that I knew had ordered items from them and been happy so decided after much soul searching to give it ago. I ordered a Sony A7r iv and an 85mm 1.4 lens. Had no issues whatsoever ordered on the Monday the next day I had a photo of the items being packaged, 2 days later I had a shipping consignment number the items arrived 7 days after that. Very happy £1500 saved.

Bought a Sony a7R IV with lenses and accessories. Order was delivered within 10 days, no import duties (to Sweden) and everything was factory new and shiny! Customer service was quick to answer when I had questions and the prices are fantastic. I’m buying all my new gear from these guys!

Do not Purchase from this company.

In December 2019 I purchased the Sigma 18-35mm (Almost £500). I did not receive this parcel and despite all my efforts to get a refund (opened a claim with PayPal, Chased with the Royal Mail and with them directly) all my claims were rejected. After endless email communication they stopped responding to me in April and just ignored my reasonable requests.

IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUTTHIS COMPANY

They are not UK based and use a private courier that you cannot get in touch with directly.

Because they are not UK based the CAB and Ombudsmen can not support.

They do not have a UK landline to speak to a real person about any issues.

This is by far the WORST online experience I have EVERY had!

I am still £500 and 1 lens down.

To avoid having to deal with the same issue should you have any issues with a purchase, I would avoid this company like the plague and pay a little more for the product for your security.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

To be honest, I was really unsure whether to use this company due to the mixed reviews. In the end I decided to take the plunge and was not left at all disappointed. Within two days I got a photo sent to me of the camera equipment I had ordered for my son's birthday and then within ten days the item was at our door. Very well packaged, very prompt delivery especially considering how covid is affecting everything at the moment and all working just great. I feel they were very well priced and this purchase would certainly leave me not hesitating to use them again.

Horrible experience, they ask you to share repair cost for items in warranty, they tell you to fox your item in warranty on local repair shops and then they will refund you.
Stay away, don't buy from them.

Awful experience. False advertising is still a crime in our country. They lied about the delivery time and they lied about the stock. When I complained they blocked me from ever purchasing from them again. Which I am glad about, as I don't want to be lied to by anyone.

I have ordered several items from them over the past couple of years. The service is always excellent. Recently I ordered and received a very expensive zoom lens. Unfortunately the zoom locked up and I returned the lens. E- Infinity responded very quickly and once they had the lens back with them, gave me a full refund within 4 working days. In my opinion the measure of a good company is after sales and how it deals with problems. This company has in my experience proved to be exemplary.

Name bei ebay: 50roadaudition. Artikel, ein Objektiv, am 09.02. bestellt, am 17.02. war er verschwunden, am 19.02. ein zweites Mal verschickt, am 27.02. Artikel erhalten. Die Verpackung sah aus, als wäre sie schon oft zurückgeschickt worden. Das Objektiv hatte ein kleines Staubpartikel hinter Glas, deshalb evtl. die Rücksendungen?

I bought a lens from E-Infinity, and decided to return it their UK depot within the 14 day 'change your mind' period. The whole process from beginning to end was easy and hassle free. I get the impression that this is a company that cares about customer satisfaction, communication via the provided email address for returns was very good. So if you're hesitating over a purchase with E-Infinity, don't worry, just go for it.

I bought my camera and a lens, they sent a photograph with the package before shipping and it was quick to arrive.
When it arrived, everything was in perfect condition! I recommend!

Risparmio garantito, spedizione accettabile, garanzia ue. Credo abbiano i magazzini in UK e quindi anche l’ass Viene da lì. Per me è ok

Bought a new camera, battery grib and a new lins. All went smooth from order to delevery, i leave one star open just i case i get problems with my new gear, but so far im very happy :)

Bought a lens from them and everything arrived very well packed. Bought a second lens and had the same experience.
Shipment could be quicker (although is not slow), and will update my review if I need to use the warranty with them.

I ordered a Nikon D5600 camera .
It arrived but developed a fault and were advised to send it back to Hong Kong for repairs.
They didnot keep me appraised of the progress of the repairs.I contacted the 3 times and they responded and said that repairs will take up to 10 weeks.
10 weeks have passed and I have snt them 10 emails in the past two weeks.
They DO NOT RESPOND
THEY HAVE MY CAMERA AND MY MONEY.

Reading all the reviews from Trustapilot and other sites and Forums and they have done this to ALL the buyers who have had warranty issues.

Bought a Mavic Air bundle, it got packed quite well and arrived without any problem. The sender also sends photo proofs.

A small whining though, the delivery was done by UPS, who has got a terrible reputation. Were there a problem in the delivery, for something so expensive, I am likely to put up a one-star review instead. A less scary delivery service would be really nice.

A bunch of us videographers I work alongside use this website. You literally won't find a cheaper price on anything listed there. Takes around a week to come, had no problems over 8 or so more orders.

I bought two nikon lenses last November. I knew they were grey imports, I knew they did not have nikon warranties but the savings were huge and they had a guarantee.
One lens developed a fault and I was resigned to send it back for repair. I emailed e-infiniti for deltails on how to return the lens. They said I could either return the lens or take it to a local repairer and they would pay the costs. I took the lens to Newton Ellis in Liverpool. They phoned me a few days later to say the lens was repaired. They emailed me a copy of the invoice which I forwarded to e-infiniti. The full amount of £180 was in my PayPal account within two hours. I went the next day to pick up my lens.
I could not have expected any better service and this company will always have my business. The longest I had to wait for a reply to any of my emails was twenty minutes. Great customer service.
