FEDEX indique l'avoir laissé alors que je n'étais pas chez moi et que c'était censé être remis contre signature !!
Cela va faire 3 semaines, et le site ne me propose aucune solution et se dédouane complétement alors qu'ils sont RESPONSABLES de la livraison du colis en tant que VENDEUR. J'ai 2000 euros dans la nature et pour l'instant pas de remboursement ni de renvoie d'un produit de leur part !!!

Pour rappel : "Vous avez passé une commande à distance (par téléphone, Internet, etc.). Vous ne l'avez pas reçue ou elle est arrivée endommagée. Le vendeur à distance vous renvoie vers le transporteur en arguant qu'il n'est pas responsable de la perte ou de l'endommagement du colis.
Adressez-lui une lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception pour lui rappeler qu'il est pleinement responsable de la bonne exécution de la commande, même si cette obligation incombe à un autre prestataire (notamment le transporteur).
Il ne peut s'exonérer de sa responsabilité qu'en prouvant que l'inexécution ou la mauvaise exécution du contrat est imputable au consommateur, à la force majeure ou au fait d'un tiers au contrat (article L. 221-15 du Code de la consommation). Amazing price and really smooth transaction
I had a really good experience with the store.
Like many other people I've seen, after ordering I received am "order acknowledgement", and a day later an email with a picture of my product's box and the shipping box. 2 working days later I received the shipping confirmation and the estimated delivery date was 3 days later but it even came a day earlier.
So basically between ordering and receiving the product it took exactly a week, which is quite fast (I'm quite sure it was shipped from France, and I live in the Netherlands). Their communication was clear all the way through, and the box and the product were in perfect condition. I haven't contacted their costumer support (because it wasn't even needed) but everything went really smooth and I'd definitely buy from them again. Oh, and the price was MUCH lower than in most other shops... the only disadvantage is that they are not included in for example some cashback promotions from Sony, but even still it's way cheaper than "regular" shops. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend them.

Great price, but tried to checkout for an expensive camera, but kept coming up with error messages which were indecipherable. No TELEPHONE contact, only email, why no ability to call them??
No issues at all and saved around £1100
Reading some of these reviews has really shocked me. I ordered two lenses at different times, both Nikon a Z 24-70 and a Z 70-200 . Absolutely no issues at all with ordering or communication. They sent pics of the order with my address on when the order was being sent out. My main reason for using them is they were better priced than Panamoz, who I ordered my camera body from. The saving I made compared to the usual UK dealers was around £1100 between the two lens. They do take about 12 days to deliver but your for-warned about that. So I’ve had no issues with them. All lenses arrived brand new in the correct packaging.

He comprado un lente Canon RF por valor de 2099€, despues de realizar el pedido me mandaron fotos con mi paquete listo para enviar. El envio tardo 20 días naturales hasta qué se realizo, les he escrito varios correos y me contestaron a todos aunqué suelen contestar una vez al día siempre por la mañana. El pedido llego en perfectas condiciones despues de aprox. 1 mes natural desde qué efectue la compra. Estaba muy nervioso al leer muchas reseñas negativas, pero una vez recibido mi paquete no puedo estar más qué contento. Puede qué haga alguna compra más en el futuro ya qué sus precios son muy buenos. Espero qué a los qué os tarda demasiado el pedido os llegue igual en perfectas condiciones. Hay qué tener mucha paciencia ya qué el envio se realiza desde China a Europa, y luego al destinatario. Un saludo

I ordered a Nikon z 35 mm a month ago.after I paid They send me a photo that the lens is gonna be shipped and can’t undo the order. Nothing arrived I asked them last week telling me this week is gonna arriv. Today informed me after many emails without reply that there is a problem and if I want refund or resend. I told them I want express shipping or fast return of money to order the lens from somewhere else. They never replied. There’s almost a day and let me hanging. I send them another three email with out reply. I still wait.
UPDATE: no response yet.24 hours later and I still don’t know what happened with the lens or my money. I would prefer to pay 100 euros more and avoid this stressful situation.
Conclusion: they didn’t told me what went wrong I waited some days and came back and told me we are sorry and they refund me. This is not a good thing abt a company that you buy expensive equipment for your job.
My third time buying camera equiptment…
My third time buying camera equiptment through this company. The experience this time was not as smooth as the previous times. However, their customer service was exceptional. I ordered a Nikon Z9 body and also a memory card to go along with the camera. Within hours they had contacted me to inform that the memory card was out of stock, also discontinued so they wouldn't be getting more stock. My money was credited back to my card the very next day. As per my previous experiences they kept me informed as to my delivery. OK, its not like buying from Amazon and next day delivery. My camera arrived after 9 days well packaged. On opening the package I found no battery charging lead. I contacted customer service by email and they said to buy charger locally, send copy of receipt to them by email and money would be returned to my card. Two days later money back on my card. Very happy with camera and the service, cannot fault any of it. Cannot understand some of thebad reviews I have seen about this company. I have nothing but praise for them. Thankyou E Infinity.

Don't buy anything from them, I've been arguing with them for half a year, I sent the lens after 3 months having problems with the diaphragm, they promise that the repair takes 4-12 weeks, 5 months have passed, I have neither the lens nor the money, the most unreliable company, I'm left without 800€. Nikon z 24mm f1.8. First time I send it to Austria in Nikon representation to find out that the product series are fake pity I can not attach pictures and all the hundreds of email-luri that I sent them that they reply me that they have to speak internally after 5 months, do not buy better give 2-300€ extra but have peace of mind, it the worst choice I ever made I am left and without lens and money given.

I sent camera back literally straight away, E-infinity advised 4-12 weeks, 16 weeks later, I'm still waiting!!
When you ask them simple questions such as compensation, how long will it be? They completely ignore it, like it's perfectly OK to do so!!
As not getting anywhere with them, I have contacted the credit card to issue section 75 to them.
Ultimately avoid at all cost, its a disgrace of a company to say the least
Excellent Company
I purchased a Sony DSC-RX10 IV and it worked perfectly. However, the camera then sat down and the lens refused to retract fully when it was turned off. E Infinity agreed to refund the cost of a Sony repair through my local camera shop. The repair cost was 42% of the original camera price and very expensive. The E Infinity refund has just arrived in our account. I found E Infinity a good company to deal with from order to shipment to camera arrival and now to the quality of their guarantee. I will however avoid Sony products the next time. Over half of my Sony products purchased over the last 20-30 years have had to be returned. None of my other cameras (Nixon, Yashica, Olympus, etc or other TVs or music systems) have ever had problems. Sony should stop branding itself before first sorting out its product quality. Thank you E Infinity for sorting out Sony's poor product quality and Happy New Year to all of you.
Nikon Z8
I have used e infinity several times in the past without problem But I have just purchased a Z8 in june and it is subject to 2 recalls and unfortunatly e infinity are really not helpful,and respond to e mail with very eylusive answer.very dissapointing.
Good when it works but no return/exchange process
I'd previously bought a Sony camera and two lenses from e-infinity. We all know the pricing is good because they are a grey market importer, and sometimes the cost benefits are worth it.
So I recently bought a Sony 35mm 1.4 GM lens. The first alarm bell was that there was no void sticker on the box when they sent me a "dispatch" photo of the product. When it arrived the bubble wrap around the lens smelled fairly mouldy, so I checked the lens and sure enough there was a big old bit of dust or fungus inside the glass. I sent an image to e-infinity and they told me to send back the product (and by email confirmed they would reimburse me for the postage and send me a replacement lens).
Unfortunately, while they have refunded me for the lens (even though I asked for an exchange), they are refusing to refund me for the postage until "Sony confirms there is a manufacturing fault". This is nonsense - the lens is faulty, regardless of whether it's Sony's fault. I think e-infinity have stored the lens in poor conditions, hence the fungus and smell.
Anyway, I have now found the lens at the same price from a very highly rated grey importer and will ask my bank to process a chargeback to e-infinity for the postage cost.

Repair when something goes wrong!
I've purchased a number of items from e-infinity, in the knowledge that if something went wrong with my item I would have to rely on them rather than the manufacturer to honour the warranty. It's always a worry but you have to balance it with the, often significant, price savings.
Recently I purchased a FujiFilm 33mm/1.4 from them as well as a camera body, and after a couple of months the lens stopped working, with an error message on the body. After going through some diagnostics they told me to get a quote for repair, the only quote I could get was from FujiFilm themselves. They saw the quote, told me to get it repaired and send them the invoice. I did this, and they reimbursed me within 4-5 days of receiving the invoice.
Items purchased from them can take quite a bit of time to arrive, but now I have had experience of their customer service I would have no problem buying from them in the future.

Anden gang købte jeg et Sony A7 III, som jeg også fik hurtigt tilsendt og meget billigere end man kan købe mange andre steder. Kan ikke andet end anbefale E-Infinity.

commande passée le 16 janvier, reçue aujourd'hui 26 janvier. bien plus court que ce qui est normalement prévue (j'ai évité par hasard la fermeture pour les fêtes du nouvel an lunaire).
deuxième commande d'objectif chez eux et encore une fois, rien à redire, c'est parfait, avec les accessoires et l'emballage d'origine, le tout scellé comme il se doit.
suivi d'expédition disponible très rapidement. et reçu par la poste contre signature et non pas par des transporteurs souvent incompétents.
merci à eux, je recommande cette boutique et je recommanderai chez eux sans hésiter
Sub standard equipment and Nightmare after sales Service
Bought a Tamron 150-600mm G2, good price, received very quickly and that's where the good news ends. I have spent over a year to date trying to get the faulty lens repaired or replaced under their warranty, I had to pay an extra £100 for the repair, the lens eventually was returned repaired to a standard but when I received the lens the tripod mount was missing and had not been replaced when the repair was completed. I am still trying to get them to answer my e mails and online 'Contact Us' forms but they are just ignoring me. the hassle is not worth the potential saving and in this case I still have an unusable lens so a complete and utter waste time and money. recommendation for everyone Buy from the manufacturer or their recommended agents not from E-Infinity.
