Always deliver in a timely fashion as ordered but somewhat worried that they use yodel for deliveries from past experience as this company has been awful
However they delivered as said this time!
Thumbs up for e infinity but wary of yodel!!!!!!

Alle objektiver fra Sony er billigere hos tyske forhandlere end gennem e-infinity fra Hong Kong.

Eksempelvis tager de dd. 1859€ fra en Sony 200-600 mm objektiv. samme objektiv forhandler koster 1634€ fra tysk forhandler med 2 års reklamationsret, samt 1 års yderligere garanti gennem Sony ved registrering!! Hos E-infinity får man kun 1 års "reklamationsret".

Så tænk dig godt om inden du bestiller.

Ich habe mir ein Objektiv für Nikon Z gekauft am 01.05.2022 und Heute am 16.05.2022 das Objektiv ist angekommen.
Kommunikation war sehr schnell und gut. Nur zu empfehlen.

E infinity ist inzwischen der einzige "Import-Shop" wo ich noch regelmäßig bestelle. Leider sind die Preise fast identisch zu unseren lokalen aber manche Kameras gibt es dort schon, die hier noch nicht zu haben sind.

when i compared the prices of the sony rx100 vii i was suspicious but i ended up buying it and my camera arrived with a week after the purchase and i am very satisfied with the price and the product 100% satisfied with my first purchase

Ordered for the first time in December. the communication is a little slow but the product came around two weeks later. Happy.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews of this company, so wanted to add mine in order to give a balanced view.

The poor reviews did worry me, but I took a risk and am pleased to say my experiences were mostly good.

I think the best thing to do is to split this review into plus and minus points.

So, good points...

1. They saved me a lot of money -- more than the other popular 'grey market' sellers and £700 over standard UK prices.

2. My goods, a lens and a battery grip, arrived 9 days after ordering -- including the weekend.

3. The boxes were sealed; the items brand new and in expected condition.

Bad points...

1. The tracking information was a bit hit and miss -- I got the royal mail tracking number, but it didn't update for a few days. When I finally received the tracking update I had to wait for the delivery the very next day.

2. The tracking link in the email did not work -- I had to manually type the number into the Royal Mail website.

3. Communication could have been better; a phone number would have given me more confidence.

4. You can use PayPal, but you need to 'activate PayPal by clicking on the logo on their 'about' page -- if you don't know this, you'll be forced to use your card details with a different processor.

Hopefully I will not need to use any warranty service, but if I do I will update this review accordingly.

I think they could do better to give potential consumers more confidence, but based on my experience I will probably use them again.

I have bought cameras and lenses from this company for several years now. Their service is always excellent. A couple of days after placing an order you are emailed a photograph of your item, a couple of days after this you are emailed UK tracking information.Like other HK sellers they ship to a handling agent in the UK who then passes them on to couriers. Their customer service is excellent and if you change your mind in 14 days you can return it to a UK address. For prices that are 20-30% lower than the UK they are excellent. If you're not happy with the way they do business, pay the extra and buy from a UK seller.

Last lens I've ordered had a weird noise coming from the inside. Sent quickly back within 14 days warranty (even though probably this was more of a dead on arrival), I've received the refund after 3 days. Great service

Excellent price for a new camera and lens, arrived with no problems about a week after ordering. Always nerve-wracking to send that much money to an internet based company, but was very happy with the results

I was very sceptical at first, 900GBP less than UK Retail, is this one of those too good to be true situations? Well, after some deliberation I decided to go for it and very glad I did, order was processed in a couple of days, tracking number for DPD was sent which did not work for around 3 or 4 days, as soon as DPD had the parcel, it was delivered next day, product in perfect condition and brand new, all equiment UK specification - extremely pleased with my purchase, they've guaranteed a future order from me.

SCAM I opened a claim as I did not receive my Parcel! I lost £1350 and A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY! The companies promised to help and denied my claim! All they do is make you send them your docs and signature for them to probably photoshop documents hmm.. SCAM
I was a loyal customer and now my Famous YouTube friends are never purchasing from them again. Company has just lost alot of money, instead of making ALOT of profit ;)

Excellent prices, I am buying from this store few times, everytime parcel arrives as it is described on their website from 4 to 10 working days.

i have bought on past years, 2x canon 6d, 1 canon 6d2, Sony A7iii and lens: Sigma art 35mm f1.4, Sigma art 135mm f1.8, Sony 85mm f1.8 and canon 70-200mm F1.4 IS all worked good, never needed service so can´t talk about that.

Ok, so most people write a review when they receive their goods. This one is 6 months after I had my Canon R6. The camera developed a serious faulty after 5 months. I contacted E-finity who got back to me in a few hours and told me to get it repaired locally with a Canon authorised dealer. Instead of shipping it back to China. I did, then they reimbursed me the money almost immediately - over £450 via PayPal. No questions asked. Really good service. I've bought many cameras and lenses from them in the past and will continue to. This the first time I've ever needed the repair service, but it turned out very well. Excellent

Du køber en lottoseddel hvis du handler hos dem! For nogle kunder er det lykkedes - andre (som mig uden held).
Bestilte i starten af januar en linse som skulle lande hos mig indenfor 2 uger. Trackingkode og billeddokumentation udleveret - fragten blev dog kun bestilt og varen aldrig afsendt.

3 uger med tovtrækkeri med firmaet og
Til sidst bad jeg om refundering men hovsa - så var varen pludselig dukket op og (samme) billed-dokumentation blev sendt til mig igen.
Afviste og bad om refundering og (hovsa) så var varen pludselig afsendt 1 minutter efter min mail.
Ingen tracking og ingen dokumentation for afsendelse.
3 uger senere er pakken retur fra transportøren og man vil meget gerne refundere - jeg skulle bare lige slette min klage hos Paypal.... ha!
Paypal har nu - efter 2 måneders tovtrækkeri med firmaet - refunderet det fulde beløb.

Tænk dig rigtigt godt om inden du handler her.

Bought a Nikon camera and from the word go E-infinity were perfect. Great comms, Quick delivery using DHL, DHL tracking system was great and delivery was early.
Thoroughly impressed and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you guys for a great online shopping experience!

im customer and this review is real they dont pay me and dont ask leave it just i want say about my expierence with them !!! i buy in this shop lenses 2 times first lens was Sony 24-105mm E mount and 2-nd i buy more then week ago and get it at last from that f***** DHL who late with my package (they promise at friday but i get it at monday) but ok 2-nd lens was Sigma 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS for Sony E mount !!! they work great im happy with my purchase because that is most cheapest place where you can get new lenses because for my camera get 2-nd hand lens is hard specialy first year after that how they come out !!! i hear someone was problems there with this shop thats why im happy to know im lucky and get all with out problems !!! E-Infinity please f**** that DHL because they late and peoples can think that is your fault !!! i give 5 stars for my 2 lenses what i get in safe without damages and in working condition !!!
