Dylanstephenpens Omdömen

Thoroughly nice guy, very fair price and the deal was done and cash received within 24 hours. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Amazing customer service! Fast, informative responses. Payment was very prompt. Would go back to Steve any time I want to sell another pen. Highly recommended.

Sold three pens that where no longer being used and super fast hassle free payment for them and a good price, would recommend

Always excellent service over a number of Sales. Now looking to make a purchase from a trusted organisation.

Fantastic service from Stephen. We sold 2 pens to him. Submitted photos and received quote within an hour. Sent by Royal Mail special delivery- he received the next day and the money was in our account by that afternoon. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I had sold a pen to an established dealer. I found the experience so easy and if I decide to sell some of my more quality pens Dylan's will certainly my preferred option.

Excellent service
From start to finish which was just a matter of days ! Payment made to me as soon as the pen was received.
Thank you very much !

Fast, straightforward service. Highly recommend Stephen! Thank you 🙏🏼

Very swift despatch. Pen and pouch arrived securely packaged by Special Delivery. Both items were exactly as described. Very pleased indeed.

From contacting steve to completing trade and receiving payment brilliant service

Steve was easy to contact, got back to me quickly and was straight forward. He offered me a very reasonable price and the entire process was smooth and quick. He paid promptly on receipt of the item. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to buy or sell luxury pens.

I recently had the pleasure of selling to this buyer, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. For our first transaction, I met him in person at his home to sell a high-value pen worth £30k. He paid promptly and was very professional. For our second deal, I shipped the pens via Royal Mail, and he immediately paid upon receiving them. He’s a great, trustworthy buyer who communicates well and follows through as promised. I would definitely sell to him again—highly recommended!

Excellent company great to deal with buy or selling nothing too much trouble definitely recommend if selling given very good price and money in bank next day also purchasing pens order received next day quality pens many thanks will definitely buying more 1st class communications

Good Fair & Reasonable Offer. Great communication and expedient funds transfer.

Very easy process posting pens and receiving transferred payment minutes later after their arrival. Great communication and overall a very easy and effective service.

After deciding to sell some of our late father's pen collection Steve made the process very quick and easy. A fair offer was made and payment received quickly after pens had arrived whilst always been in communication regarding the transaction. Thank you.

Professional, trustworthy & prompt payment

First class service.
Steve was very easy to deal with, answering questions promptly and explaining the process clearly.
I posted my pen on Friday morning and received my payment by bank transfer on Saturday morning, even receiving an additional payment for sending the pouch for the pen which was unexpected. Fantastic!
I would not hesitate to use Dylanstephenpens again. Top notch *****

Great service still exists ! Having sent my pens on Friday they arrived the next day and I was promptly paid by bank transfer.
As we all know, customer service is sadly lacking these days but not in this case, it’s reassuring to know that a company still exists that knows how to operate at the top. I would highly recommend Dylan Stephen’s to anyone. Well done !

Steve was very easy to deal with. Great communication and super fast payment, sell with confidence. Highly recommend!
