Extra space storage do more that package and store items, there’s even a DHL service available with printing facility so you can be sure your package will be returned from a safe and secure location. Barry was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. The whole team are friendly. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful members of staff and excellent facility

I recently moved from London to Solihull and chose Extra Space for storing 90% of my home and I am so happy that I did! The experience on the day was just exceptional.
We travelled on the day with 2 removal vans but were running extremely late due to traffic/accidents but Bally who was the manager kindly offered to wait around for us and let us in. The unit closes at 5 and we didnt arrive until 4.30 and last entry is usually 4pm! She showed us around and very helpfully also gave us advice on our belongings as we really underestimated how much space we needed. We realised we needed a unit double the size and she quickly arranged for this to happen. It then took us an additional 2 hours for our removal men to load everything in and she patiently waited while we did.
She really went above and beyond to help us get this sorted for us, especially on a day which was very stressful for us.
The units themselves for easy to find and clean and tidy all in all very professional.
Highly recommend this business to everyone.
