Would give zero stars if I could
DX Delivery lies to their customers about attempted delivery attempts and tracking information.
I spent the whole day at home, they marked it as “attempted delivery” without even approaching my address on two separate occasions.
Contacted the sender multiple times who escalated to their account manager at DX only to be given false promises of deliveries.
I will actively avoid companies now if I know they are using DX express after this experience as it’s left me in an impossible situation given the delivery I’m waiting for for MY customers.

I ordered through Amazon and unfortunately this company was the courier. Ironically my partner has to deal with these imbeciles in their line of work and they get the exact same run around and lies. It was meant to be delivered last Tuesday, then Wednesday, they lied about an delivery attempt I WFH I'm in all day, then Thursday, Friday and now today. Amazon has said it's undeliverable and are refunding me but my god what is the point of being a delivery company that doesn't deliver it's orders!!

So i was expecting a parcel and this was been delivered by damian so i waited in and was in my front room when i got a text saying we tried to deliver your parcel but you wernt in so i checked my ring doorbell and he had gone to the wrong house the 🤡 so i finally got on live chat after waiting nearly 2 hours for them to tell me im lying and he went to the right house this company is a total joke

Awful company was meant to have a delivery today get a text at 12 saying we are unable to deliver today. Went on tracking site loaded onto van at 7am back in warehouse by 10am ? Did your driver just do a couple of rounds around the roundabout ? Will in future ask companies who their next day service is with if they say dx i will just look for items elsewhere. Useless is a understatement.
Fails to Deliver
Waited in all day on the appointed date, but nothing came, and no message to say there was a delay. I'm away from tonight so will it be left on the doorstep for three days or sent back to rot in some depo?

Dont no were to start if I could give 0 star i would was ment to be delivered Friday then lied and said i changed the date to monday then lied again and said they attempted but no they never I was in all day and also have cameras then was ment to be today still hasnt turned up with no explanation poor customer service and how the hell do you speak to some one they never answer was on the phone for 1 hour and 15 mins and still no one answered let's see if tomorrow is the day
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Won’t order from Bosch again knowing they use this excuse for a delivery company. Lied about attempting delivery - actually they texted me to say they wouldn’t be delivering that day. I went online the same day to rearrange delivery - 3 days later they sent the item back to Bosch! The tracking is a completely falsified record of events.

I bought something from John Lewis which is supposed to be delivered by DX Express. I waited in for 5 days and it was never delivered. Customer services each time said “there was a problem on the delivery route, it will be hopefully be delivered tomorrow”. Hopefully!

Second time in a year I've ordered unfortunately delivery through this company from the range and have both times been messed around delivery is not even attempted but the message says delivery attempted when im in all day.. last time took nearly 2 weeks this time well we just dont know.. its a joke next day delivery which turns into weeks. Completely useless company.
Still waiting after 4 promises
Have been promised delivery four times and still item has not arrived. The last attempt I tracked the van to within 2 miles of my house when it turned round and bu**ered off. Customer service very poor too.

If you purchase any items through an online company and they use these idiots, then cancel your order and find another dealer for your items. Even if they are more expensive. This lot a utter crap, totally unreliable and will cost you a days wage or 3, so beware. Double check when you purchase online and ensure DX the Express Delivered Exactly are not involved. You will exactly receive your items 4 or 5 days later. RUBBISH. AVOID...

I was informed my package would be delivered on a Monday but I knew we wouldn't be at home so I arranged for it to be delivered on the Thursday. This was all confirmed by them. Instead, while we were out on the Monday I received notification that it had been delivered anyway to a neighbour and they had left a card with the details.Another lie !!! It wasn't with a neighbour,it was left on the doorstep in the rain. Don't use them
Awful service - avoid like the plague
I waited at home all day and within the specified delivery window, but no delivery attempt was made, and no “failed delivery” card was left. However, their automated system incorrectly stated that a delivery attempt had been made when the driver never showed up and I had to rebook. Dreadful company!

Today I was expecting a delivery from amazon by Dx Express, looking at my amazon delivery information on this item it's now saying I rescheduled this delivery with DX Express which is a lie, why would I sit at home all day waiting for an order that isn't coming. Another lie by another crap courier company.
I've just looked at reviews on DX Express & a lot of people are saying the same story about how DX Express are saying people have rescheduled their deliveries when they haven't...DX Express total liers!!! That is no way to run a business & treat people like idiots. The worst courier company in the UK & I thought DPD were bad!!!

Appalling lack of service. These morons were due to deliver an item to me from a company in Preston on 5th November. When it did not arrive I checked their tracking the following day only to find that they had put it in their storage facility in Edinburgh and would not be delivering it until today (10th November). Their tracking also said "Re-delivery had been arranged for that date. I did not re-arrange my delivery. I had no input into this. They simply took it upon themselves not to deliver it on 5th November, take it to the other side of the country then sit on it for a further six days, then send tracking info saying that it was now to be delivered tomorrow. Again using their favourite wording "Re-delivery has been arranged for 11th November". It is totally mindbogglingly frustrating, particularly since I have played no part in any "Re-delivery", nor had any say in when I could expect to receive my delivery. It is very much the case that the lunatics are running the asylum. If my package had been strapped on the back of a tortoise it would have arrived quicker.

What a pitifully poor company. Had a delivery scheduled by them and took a day of work to receive it. THEY then updated the delivery detaiks on their tracking page to say that I had requested a change of day. (They lied). Why would I take a day off then change it?
Arranged another day off to be home for thier new delivery day and called them early just to make sure it was on its way only to be told that it had been removed from the run ( apparently the same reason it wasn't delivered previously?????????? ) and wouldn't be delivered until the following week..... UNACCEPTABLE.
Order cancelled with the seller ( who wasn't happy) and bought another one through Amazon (which arrived the same day).
Check with your seller if they use DX and dont bother ordering if they do. You may not get your order when you think.
Unbelievabley poor and honesty and integrity issues.
Unbelievable! Worst company ever! Yet again Mathew has failed to deliver my items! All 3 occasions he has said calling card left, and I’m not available, utter lies! This morning I rang 247 Blinds again to complain as second delivery hadn’t happened despite me taking time off work on two occasions and waiting 3 hours then 4 hours. I also complained to DX they took my number and assured Mathew would call me , 247 Blinds said they had rang DX and advised them to leave in safe place , yet again Mathew has failed to follow the most simple instructions! I changed delivery address to family member who was in all day waiting but DX said they still had my address hence safe place option given! I’m furious! Never ever use a company that uses this firm!
In addition 247 Blinds have spoken to DX and they stated the address Mathew went to was my family member. Not only were they on all day but also had builders in the driveway! Another lie by Mathew stating no one was in.
247 Blinds are currently refusing to refund me and want me to give this driver a fourth chance! If he fails again then I have to wait for 247 Blinds to get the package back to them and try another delivery company! Absolutely shocking! The whole reason I used 247 Blinds was for their express service! They let themselves down by using such a dishonest delivery company and by not refunding me and expecting me to allow a fourth attempt!
