Took day off work as these idiots could deliver at the weekend but not collect. Faulty item from goshopdirect ie absolutely not working. Told they will only collect Mon-Fri 8-18 just about everyone's working day, so booked a day off & 'quelle surprise', no show. Can't wait to read their latest excuse. Get what you pay for goshopdirect - you got absolute monkeys.
The WORST courier company
This is the WORST courier company! I rescheduled a delivery and despite that, DX messaged to say it was coming 2 days prior. I was not free on this day (hence the reschedule). We had to contact the supplier whose logistics team then contacted DX to advise them of the reschedule (even though I had confirmation via DXs website - luckily I took a screenshot). Then... I received a text to say the delivery has been rescheduled by DX for the day AFTER my rescheduled date. What on earth...? Note, all text messages are received 5pm or after and guess when their phonelines close... yep 5pm. Maybe they've done it on purpose...? This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with them and last time I asked the supplier to take the product back and received a refund. Dear DX, pay attention to what the consumer is asking for. Dear suppliers, don't use DX until they learn something about honouring the customer's wishes.
Totally undependable and useless customer service
They had the parcel on Tuesday according to their tracking. As I was out that day specified Wednesday delivery. Apparently loaded for delivery 01:00 that morning. Stayed in all day, no delivery by 22:30. Tried customer services who do normal office hours which is strange for a company that presents itself as a premium 24 hour service. Chat bot useless. Emailed and got no reply. Note posted on tracking this morning Delivery now Thursday cannot change as it is with the courier ??? It seems they load a van up and have no control as to whether their van driver can be bothered to deliver on the specified day. Avoid if you want to see your goods.
Guess what, no delivery on Thursday apparently back in storage by 10:15 ? We were in until 11:15. There is absolutely no sign of delivery attempt on CCTV or cards through the letter box. This company just tells porkies. Delivery now promised Friday. News flash. Supplier has been in touch now definitely promised delivery "at my request" on Saturday. Really NOT INTERESTED in more lies. Have told supplier to request return of goods and credit my card. It is the only way the lesson can be learnt. Analysis of the tracking shows that everyday at 01:00 goods are out for delivery and as it's with the courier cannot be changed. Then not delivered or scanned back to storage. They are just stringing their clients and the customer along as they have bid too much business for their system and fleet. Before you place and order ask who courier will be.
Must be the worst delivery service…
Must be the worst delivery service around. Received message saying 'Sorry we missed you, please rebook'. No delivery was ever attempted. contacting customer services waste of time. 25 minutes later the driver turned up with delivery and denied any knowledge of attempted delivery. Need to get their delivery notifications sorted out to avoid customer frustration.

Very rude and intimidating delivery driver
Very rude and intimidating delivery driver who came to visited my address to drop off a parcel. After manic door bell ringing, my partner looked out of the window to see who it was; To be rudely greeted by a scruffy middle-aged man who using fowl language at my partner and stormed off.
The delivery driver did not think that he left the “Damaged” parcel outside the front door, with the tracking details etc.
In light of this event we didn’t have time to call the authorities regarding this discussing behavior and intimidating attitude, though I have now opened a case with eBay and other platforms to ensure this company is blacklisted, to protect other people from the extremely unprofessional conduct in future.

Worst experience ever put me in bed crying and in pain. Delivered my bird feed I shouted thanks please leave it I'll get it later as I have scoliosis and was in a lot of pain. He refused saying he needed a picture of my door open. I opened it slightly as certain people in hotels are driving un marked vans like DX and hi viz vests bursting into people's homes doing God knows what it's all over social media so being a single lady I wasn't comfortable. Anyway I closed the door and sat back down but I heard him walking away with the parcel meanwhile I've 150 birds need feeding and no feed. He then says I need you to open your door for a photo I swore at that point saying I opened the effing door already and some of us have disabilities he was outside filming my house laughing and mocking so I opened my door then started filming him filming me I literally lost it he was on repeat you swore at me you swore at me no jobsworth I swore after I already opened the door and you wanted me to open it again wider gas lighting and laughing and filming me. I've never gotten so upset in my life. I will never use weterton feed ltd on ebay again as I felt they were the same saying we need a signature. I already said it wasn't a signature he wanted but it fell on deaf ears. 100kg a month I used to buy off that company I suggest don't use that firm on ebay or Amazon if you don't want to open your door it's rude unsafe and intrusive and a bad practice for woman safety in our country absolutely disgusting I've sent the footage to my solicitor because I have him laughing at me gas lighting a reaction which unfortunately he got.
Disgusting courier will not last long trust me.

Don't bother
Don't bother trying to contact their customer service cause there is no chance you getting any response. I have called their automatic service line where I was advised to message them to get a response within 2hrs. Despite chasing it for a week I got nothing back. The delivery driver failed to deliver my package due to incomplete address which is untrue. Didn't even bother to attempt making a contact.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery due yesterday. It wasn’t even attempted. I drove 40 mins to their depot to collect and it was a lock up. Nearly an hour on the phone on hold twice! Eventually got it confirmed no attempted delivery … absolute garbage! Avoid - don’t give them your business!
Rubbish service delivery man using bad language
The delivery man refused to accept my driving licence as I'd and wanted me to walk back to the front door to take a photo which I said no because I've just had a knee replacement he then tried to snatch the parcel from me and called me a knobhead to which I called the police he then blocked my driveway and wouldn't let me out eventually he left and was in front of me as I drove away and he was sticking 2 fingers up to me as he drove away he really needs to get the sack for speaking to customers like this
Delivered to the wrong address.
Ordered a watch from Ernest Jones for delivery on Friday for my wife's birthday on the Saturday. On Friday afternoon I got an email saying that it had been delivered to somebody called Theresa. There is no one of that name here so l contacted the seller who traced the delivery and it turned out that it had been delivered to to the local school further up the road. By the time that l got there the school had closed and didn't open until Monday morning.
DX Express more like DX Dawdling
Express is far from my experience.
B&Q Marketplace parcel due 17th Sept between 16.38 & 18.38– zero comms waited in at home until after 9pm. Tracking status then changed to All day window – at that point I requested next day delivery.
18th Sept – parcel due between 12.12 & 14.12 – just checked tracking and now changed to all day window.
Zero comms throughout the last 2 days.
Sloppy shoddy service.
And still do not have my items.
No tracking service like DPD where you can clearly see if driver is on route and roughly where you are in the delivery list - this basic tech gap makes it impossible to plan your day, and subsequently have to stay in all day until your parcel arrives (if you are lucky)
Terrible customer service
Dx deserves a zero. I received four emails on consecutive days confirming my delivery and time slot. On each occasion except the last nothing was delivered. I received no updates or reasons for why my order wasn't delivered. I contacted the support team who did nothing. When my item was delivered, the product was left outside the front door as no one was in. The delivery confirmation claimed I had received the item, which was untrue. Luckily it didn't rain - this electrical item was worth more than £140 and was outside for more than 3 hours. Awful service from beginning to end.
DX Express customer non-service
What a dire experience. DX have had my delivery for a whole month. FIVE times they have failed to deliver on the agreed day. They send a text on the day set aside for delivery (a whole day - they don't give a time) to say they can't deliver and to follow a link to set a new date. They then have the brass effontery to log this as me requesting a new delivery date. Steer clear if you can.
And you, Trust Pilot, force me to put this down under a single date, when it covers five occasions over a calendar month. Try to make your website a bit more user-friendly.
Here we go again
Here we go again. After last weeks experience, I was absolutely horrified to see that the company I ordered two rolls of wallpaper from is using DX Express to deliver, and sure enough, they have proven themselves incapable - ONCE AGAIN. I had two parcels from Amazon and one from DHL left here yesterday, why am I not surprised that DX could not do the same? Particularly as my house is secluded? I've just received a text from them telling me I can collect my parcel from KENT - I am in CORNWALL. followed half an hour later by another text saying they 'regret we are unable to deliver today'.
There are literally no words, and once again, I shall be leaving a bad review for the company I got my wall paper from, if I do not receive it. I would advise everyone to check when you buy anything online, that this 'delivery company' is not the one being used.
I'm going to keep editing this, until I get my parcel. DX sent the wallpaper company a photo of the door they said they attempted to deliver to. It's not even my door, for goodness' sake. Not even close!!!
So finally got my wallpaper, this time only two days late, and only after they'd apparently received an absolute dressing down from the wallpaper people, who insisted that they deliver today, rather than on Monday, which is when they told me they'd deliver.
They delivered my passport to some other address
They delivered my passport to someone else at a different address. Incredibly, the tracking status showed that it was delivered to me - it even contained my last name – with a typo – as the recipient of the package. I contacted them through their chat (phone support didn't work). It took me a while to get them to believe that I didn't receive my passport. They determined that it was delivered to another address and shared it with me to go retrieve it from there myself, since the driver is busy and the other address is close to me. They casually called it a mistake.

Ordered a parcel, delivery scheduled for today.. got a time slot 15:40-17:40. Throughout the day, the delivery driver drove within 1/4 mile of my house TWICE. Once in the AM and once in the PM.. then just drove my parcel back to the depot.
Absolutely ridiculous.
