I had a really, really bad day - worrying about my new passport. After all, who doesn't want to travel?
The delivery driver had arrived before the prescribed delivery "window" & signed it himself. With my initials.
Then put it through my letterbox. That's fraud!
On the letter it states " SECURE FLEX - MANDATORY SIGNATURE " which means it should only ever be signed by myself. Yes me!
So 8 hours, 2 emails & 2 phone calls later - I find the envelope. I should be happy but I am not.
All the delivery driver had to do was ring the doorbell & let me sign for it and all of this could have been avoided.
If you cannot do & follow simple tasks then you should not be employed.
Delivery service terrible
First delivery - I was not informed about the date and it was returned due to not being home.
Second delivery - I was not offered a choice, but told it would be Monday. I was then sent several reminders that they will be here before 10.48am so I took the morning off work to wait. I opened a 'chat' with their customer services who confirmed that despite the reminders re the delivery time, it is in fact not true and they will come any time during the day - inc the afternoon. They continued to let me know they can't help me and suggested I log a complaint. My schedule for the day has been lost and I had to abandon the delivery since I have to go back to work and not lose the morning waiting in since since they confirmed the delivery slot was a lie.
This is the first time I am trying to receive a delivery from this company and I hope I never have to receive anything from them again!

Not sure if this firm have common sense. Left the package outside my door even though my porch has access. Didn’t wait for me to attend door. Just delivered and left at door.

I was expecting a delivery so I stayed in all day.
Then I received a message the my delivery was not possible and a card had been left.
Totally untrue my security cameras spotted nothing.
A new delivery day was arranged this was also missed.
I tried their dreadful chat arrangement and was told the consignment was not checked back into the depot.
I was told the depot was called and they failed to answer the phone.
Then I was told it was the vendors responsibility.
This is where they terminated the chat.
The items that I’m missing are nearly two metres tall so I find it difficult to understand how they have gone missing.
A combination of untruths and a will to not answer valid questions all make this tantamount to theft a burden the vendor will have to put up with.
This in the long run will make products more expensive.

I had 2 texts changing delivery times. I was tracking delivery and it verified it was in my area.
Then nothing. I noticed a van outside which sat there for a while. I then noticed a guy walking around the delivery area. He passed by my property, made a quick exit and drove off.
When i tracked again, it said attempted delivery. ????.
Perhaps he didn't realise that he had to press the doorbell !!!.
Tried calling DX but obviously they didn't answer. Have lost a days pay for the expected delivery. There was no card or any communication, despite them having my mobile number.
Avoid this company !!!

I have wasted days on their promised delivery date from various suppliers. They do not turn up on the date promised.
Suppliers, please stop using this logistics company. Find someone better and more reliable.

I have been getting emails from DXExpress for the past 5 days excluding the weekend, saying their driver Bailey would deliver my item that day. Bailey has been in my town with his van on each of those days - they even send me a little map showing me where he is. He does not come to my address. DXExoress is useless.
Very poor company
Had a bad experience with this company who had said initially they had made several attempts to deliver but I had been at home every time and my mobile number is at the gate. I was driving out of my gate when delivery driver turned up but refused to give me my parcel even though I was at my gate with ID. Since then I have been in contact with the retailer who tried to contact over a week ago and still no response.
Can I go lower than 1 star?
Can I go lower than 1 star? DX is so awful. Repeated delivery attempts when I am at home. Never tries to even knock on the door or call.

Terrible. Left high value parcel on the doorstep in full view of road, did not bother ringing doorbell or knocking. Will be complaining to retailer.
The overnight service is a joke
The overnight service is a joke, the courier lied about leaving a card (I've been in all the time) The item to be delivered is large so cannot be lost. They are just cowboys and if they cannot be botherd to proved the service they are paid for they resort to lying. £90 I paid for this delivery. Never again

No note, tracking says delivered and accepted by whom ordered it, to which Is a lie.
Delivered to neibour without consent
Delivered to a neighbour without even asking my consent. They refuse to retrieve and redeliver. The neighbours they left it with are the kind that only police dare to knock on their door when intervening during anti social behaviour and domestic abuse incidents at all times of day or night. I'm expected to visit people I normally avoid for the convenience of a courier.

Worst delivery company I’ve ever encountered, by far!
Absolutely awful. Basically you just get a text telling you your delivery couldn’t be delivered, for the fourth day in a row, whilst each time you’ve postponed work meetings to stay in your house, to wait for the delivery. No knock on the door, no call, no sign of a delivery driver on the Ring doorbell. Want to call to speak to someone about? Forget it, they don’t have that facility. Their ‘live chat’ feature is a complete waste of time. I had to contact the company I bought the goods from, who weren’t surprised to hear of the debacle, as they seemed to be used to experiencing these problems. They basically had to send out a duplicate order as they also have no faith that this delivery company are actually capable of delivering anything. Only problem is, it’s probably this lot that will be ‘delivering’ the new order! Dreading the fun and games over the next couple of days. Genuinely blows my mind in this day and age a company like this can even exist? If this review stops just one person using this company, then I’ve made a small change for the good.
Such a poor level of service
Two weeks ago I was told a product would be delivered on the Tuesday took the day off work no product delivered. Got a text message saying they tried to deliver. This was a lie as I sat in my living room looking out my bay window at my path and no delivery turned up my dog goes berserk when anybody comes in and no doorbell was rung . The next day was a repeat performance they said they tried to deliver another lie they didn’t . Day three I’m sitting looking out for them and get a message at 12:21 in the afternoon saying they tried to deliver yet again another lie. I emailed them to complain and I emailed Amazon with a complaint and hey presto
an hour later the product turned up I made the mistake of ordering more products from the same Amazon company and it’s a it’s been a repeat performance. It was supposed to be delivered on the 10th now the 15th every day they told me it was going to be delivered soon cannot give me a time and date. The customer service is pretty useless. They have a big picture of a man with headphones on the website saying call us you can’t actually speak to anybody. It’s an automated system. You have to use the chatbot when I complain to a live human being on the chat bot he just said I had to contact the seller. They have the details of the delivery times and dates I it’s up to them to give it to me. So basically DX expresss business model seems to be will deliver when we feel like it and not tell you when we’re delivering it you have to wait in . I have you yet to encounter such a dysfunctional courier company.

They Lie about delivery and then hang up on you
Terrible customer service, you keep calling the number; give the bot your tracking number only for it to ring once and then give you a load of nonsense about their chat feature.....which is also terrible. Waiting in all day for the delivery only for the driver to claim they were obstructed from delivering (this is a lie, the car was moved especially to allow access for today's delivery) I will be complaining to the company I bought from as well for going with such a bad delivery company.
