Hoewel ik redelijk tevreden ben met het eindresultaat was dit toch wel een hele bevalling. Uiteindelijk heb ik 45 dagen moeten wachten op mijn patches. Een heel stuk langer dan de beloofde 10-14 dagen. Het proces was langdradig, godzijdank heb ik een fotoproof gedaan want de eerste patch klopte voor geen meter. Tot slot, en dit valt mij met name tegen, de naam lijkt aan te geven dat het om een lokale productie gaat, maar de productie is in China. De zak waarin de patches zitten bevat een sticker met handgeschreven chinese letters. Nergens op de website staat aangegeven dat de productie in China is, en als ik dit had geweten dan was ik wel rechtstreeks naar Alibaba gegaan.

I wanted a cap badge to go onto a Naval cap but I only had a photo of the product. I found Dutch Label Shop who would scan and reproduce the item for me. When the review came back it was missing some outer detail, but Dutch Label Shop took the time and effort to get their graphic designer to work on it to my specs. What came back was fantastic! Really good customer service who took time to adapt to my requirements. They kept me informed at every step and returned a magnificent product. I was kept up to date with time scales all through the procedure. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I placed my order and paid for it online on August 4, 2025, 28 days ago. I still have not received even the shipping confirmation. It was crucial for me to receive the order within 20 days of placing it, as it was planned as a customer gift for my business.

I was in contact with the customer service after waiting for 16 days and asked if they had dispatched my order already. They said that they have just received my payment. I had no clue that online bank payments take 16 days to transfer.

When I questioned the situation, they replied that "the order will be shipped by the end of this week." The answer was given 12 days ago, and I still have not received the patches or even the shipping confirmation.

I wanted to make a special custom clothing label to celebrate the end of a huge crochet project, and I’m so happy with how my clothing tags came out! I spent almost two months crocheting a 70’s style mini dress and the cherry on top is a groovy tag to match. Being able to order just a few tags and for them to be professional quality was a really nice way to end this landmark project.

The design process was easy online, and being able to very accurately pick the colours you wanted made sure the patches were extremely well reproduced.
The delivery time was fairly quick and overall I was delighted with the results.
