I am starting a small clothing brand and needed labels. I had ordered elsewhere and the labels were just horrible. Then I found Dutch Label Shop. It was like the heavens opened and high quality labels rained down from heaven. They are perfect. I had a logo I uploaded that as a little questionable. They got it right. Size was perfect, colors were spot on, and my logo was perfect

Very well laid out design process when creating label. Symbol choice was great. High quality feel and look to the label makes you want to display label on your apparel and not hide it. Price was quite fair for the quality you got

I’ve used Dutch Label Shop for about two years now and am still very satisfied with the quality and customer service. My last order that came had a few things that weren’t quite right and when I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly. No questions asked, they said they’d remake my large order and send them out again asap. I love companies that treat me with respect!

Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Ineligible. Ive ordered from them twice, the top ones were okay. The bottom ones are completely awful and going straight in the trash. Their customer service was so condescending and i still never heard back from the production team! Definitely take your money elsewhere, i will be.

I explored two other companies before finding DLS, and the difference was immediately apparent. I had a very specific vision for my patch, and it took several rounds of revisions to get every detail exactly right. At no point did the team make me feel like I was asking for too much. Instead, they remained patient, responsive, and focused on one thing: getting the design right.

That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.

The final product exceeded my expectations, and the quality of the patch speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a company that values craftsmanship and is willing to work with you until you’re genuinely satisfied, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dutch Label Shop.

I've never taken the time before to write a negative review, but I'm so disappointed with this company. I ordered 6 weeks ago for my new boutique opening and my labels still haven't arrived. Nobody ever answers their customer helpline, my emails, texts and chats have not been replied to, half of my order is showing as delivered and the other stuck in transit but nothing has arrived and my shop is opening next week. I'll be pursuing a refund with all legal measures, which will take up time I don't have, but this feels like a scam so I feel it's important to share my experience in the hope other customers avoid it.

Easy to navigate and develop design in the website. Great communication throughout the entire process. Look fwd to them making my next idea a reality.

I placed my order 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive it despite the company claiming 10-14 day shipping. Customer service has been flaky, frustrating, and unhelpful!

Reading reviews on Google, it seems this is a common experience with this company. Meaning, they’re collecting consumers’ money knowing they cannot fulfill the orders at the time they’re claiming upon purchase. This company is a scam and they’re doing bad business practices. Awful!

Op. zondag geen info. Op maandag nog steeds geen bestelinformatie ontvangen. Op maandag maar gebeld.

Ze werken niet in het weekend. Juist als het hele land vrij is om te bestellen.
Blijkt dat mijn bestelde cadeau op maandag om 16:30 uur niet eens is aangeboden bij post.nl.

Niet bestellen hier! Als je vrienden toch nog snel een cadeautje moet krijgen!!!!

Fantastic experience using this service to make a couple hundred custom labels for my clothes/bags I’m making. Their website was easy to use, really reasonably priced, and quick shipping, highly recommend!

The patches we ordered to create a cover up on existing branded aprons worked perfectly. And being iron-on made them super easy for our volunteers to do themselves.
