the most beautiful dress!!! so flattering and such a lovely colour. got so many compliments the colour was gorgeous. i wore this dress to prom and it did not disappoint and it came sooner then expected which was great

Sent dress back for a refund they agreed to after much debate— like 20% of what I paid— and they never refunded me. Scam.

I have been disputing this transaction on PayPal for months, case PP-R-DPJ-542776468 you can look it up to remind yourself of our many conversations. You have the dress. You’re not refunding me the agreed upon amount.

Il vestito è davvero molto bello, sia come tessuto che come manifattura. Vestibilità ottima, se si prendono le proprie misure è facile ottenere un vestito che si adatta perfettamente alla propria corporatura. Lo consiglio!!

Il vestito è come da descrizione se non meglio, taglia personalizzata perfetta e colore é più bello dal vivo! La consegna é arrivata in tempi decisamente più brevi del previsto. Rifarei un acquisto sul sito, sono super soddisfatta!

I was very pleased with my order. I ordered this as my maid of honor dress for my friends October Wedding, I'm 5'5, 225 lbs and ordered it a size up (size 18) to ensure it would fit my 23 week pregnant belly and it was perfect and comfortable, the only adjustment I had to make was a bit of hemming but with heels it wouldve been perfect. The color was just as pictured and the material was durable and not itchy at all. I would gladly order from here again!

I ordered a dress for my daughter in two different sizes as she is very slim and the fit of different sizes can differ. Neither dress fit her - it was impossible to close them at the back. When I tried to return them, the refund process was made very difficult and I was offered less than 20% refund for the items. This website deliberately misleads customers and makes returns prohibitively difficult and expensive. The items were very poor quality.

Good quality good sizing (had made to measure and it fit perfectly) would recommend.

Was looking for plus size normal price dress for friends wedding. Choice was really good. Sizes are very accurate! Delivery took only 2 weeks. Quality of the dress was very impressive!

I bought 5 dresses in total for my bridesmaids / flower girl for my recent wedding. The ordering process was really easy and straight forward.
The dresses came within 4-5 weeks and were well packaged.
The dresses were stunning and the girls were getting compliments all day on how lovely the olive green colour was.

Excellent communication, dress arrived earlier than expected, it is really lovely, exactly as described and fits perfectly

My dress came up really really small on the bust not the size I ordered but expensive to return so learn my lesson and won't order again.

So, I initially ordered 3 dresses as I go to a lot of dinners etc. and they looked good. They got in touch with me to check I really needed all 3 as for returns it is only an 80% refund as handmade element to the dresses. This made me a bit worried so I only ordered 2 in the end. But they arrived and were absolutely lovely!! True to size, colour as expected and a very nice finish. Very pleased with them. I had to take the hem up on the full length dress, but I find that is always the case with evening dresses. So my experience was very good.
