Dresses took weeks to arrive and the dresses that eventually arrived were in very poor condition one of which was ripped. The colour was very off too! White dresses had a blue tinge.
Customer service was fine but slow. I of course got reminded of all the fine print (yes I hold my hands up I should’ve read it) and kept being encouraged to try and resell the dresses instead of return. There’s no way I could sell them, and to be honest I wouldn’t want to dump them on anyone else! Finally got the return details only to find out I will be losing nearly half of the order’s amount due to various policies. I also mentioned I wanted details of how to leave a website review and have been completely ignored!
Will NOT be ordering from here ever again and will encourage anyone else to do the same!

First of all, we make dresses according to orders, and each one is handmade. We checked your order. The production time of this style is 7-10 working days. You chose standard shipping, and the shipping time is 7-10 working days.
Secondly, regarding the colour issue, white needs to be bleached, and there may be a little bit of color.
Then, if you want to return it, we can refund you according to the policy.
Finally, we noticed that the return address has been provided to you. We will contact you immediately after receiving the return to refund you. If you have any questions, please contact our after-sales customer service. Thank you for your understanding.
Beware of custom made, standard made ok
Unfortunately the custom made dresses are not made well. I ordered 5 dresses. 3 were custom made and needed altering due to the too wide shoulders and too small busts. It looks like they just took a larger size and tried to modify it to fit the measurements I gave, instead of truly custom making it. (They also do not allow for ease in the pattern as they were too small in the waist and bust- a true seamstress knows to allow a 1-2 inch ease).
The standard made dresses look fine but need to be hemmed quite a bit (which is why I ordered custom sized). I had to have the custom made dresses altered and then the bridesmaids had to wear an undershirt. I think you will be ok as long as you don't order custom dresses. It will be cheaper to hem the dress than pay for alterations from a custom made dress.
Side note: they offered me compensation to take down my negative review. This might be why they have some "glowing" reviews.
My advice would be to go with a standard made, not custom made dress and allow plenty of time for alterations if needed.

Bridesmaid dress in dusky blue
The dress arrived within the promised timeframe. It was exactly as depicted in the picture. The color was perfect and matched the website's description. When I tried it on, it was a little snug but fit well. I used the sizing chart on the website, which helped tremendously.

Ho acquistato più volte abiti su misura su questo sito e ogni volta sono rimasta soddisfatta! La qualità del tessuto è eccellente, le cuciture sono ben rifinite e la vestibilità è perfetta. I colori rispecchiano fedelmente quelli mostrati nelle immagini. La spedizione ha rispettato i tempi indicati, arrivando in 20 giorni esatti. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente, motivo per cui continuerò sicuramente a fare acquisti qui.

Pessima esperienza non ci ordinerò mai più.
Ho ordinato un vestito che è arrivato con delle cuciture fatte male e un po’ sfilato.
Dovrei fare il reso ma rispondono sempre nello stesso modo.
Non rispettano le normative non è vero che se è difettoso un vestito standard fanno rimborso totale,incluse spedizioni(come c’è scritto)
E il ritorno non è vero che in questo caso sarà a carico loro( e i costi per farlo a spese del cliente sono elevatissime).

Amazing dress - would definitely recommend.
