Do not get near this company. They advertise certain time on the website then someone sends an email with completely different dates. When I asked to cancel my order they asked me to pay an additional £20 for faster shipping but they won’t tell me when it’s going to be shipped or arrival time! That’s their response to a cancellation email, then they went on saying that they have already made the dresses within 3 hours of submitting my order🤣 and they need to deduct a certain amount, again nothing is clear and it’s a complete rip off! They use English names to advertise for their website by they’re Chinese and completely dishonest and scammy!

Don’t be fooled by the country in the URL, everything is shipped from China.

Dresses arrived that were completely the wrong colour. Apparently it’s not a “quality problem” and they can’t issue a refund despite the dresses not matching the shades that were on the website (at all, by the way. Despite Duntery saying colours are subjective).

Then when returning, they suggested to write the declared value under £20, even though the dress is worth £90, to avoid tariffs. Con artists.

Will not be using again, and I urge people to stay away.

It was super easy for me to find a dress in the color and size I needed, I was able to track the dress and it arrived on time so I'm very satisfied! The dress fit perfectly, it was a little long but with heels it's perfect length! Beautiful color and style!

Very bad customer service. No reply’s from my emails requesting an exchange. No offer of anything not even a reply to my 3 emails. Don’t shop here!

WARNING! Do not shop with this company. I bought two different bridesmaids dresses size 10's. Chose one to keep and wanted to return the other. They make you email first for permission. Then to reply saying they only return 80% and then you pay shipping fees and then you pay a separate postage also. So for the £80 dress I wanted to return, I would only get £13 back. This is misleading as they state all over their website, "quick easy returns". This is a lie and something needs to be done! I will be contacting consumer and customer right about this. I am really struggling with money ATM and could not afford this not to be returned. Also because I have been charged £75 by a local tailor to get the dress I kept taken up and a bad stitching on the strap fixed.

Purtroppo ho avuto una esperienza PESSIMA. Ho acquistato un abito ma, nonostante abbia mandato le misure, è arrivato con misure errate. Chiesto il reso e il rimborso ma la loro politica di restituzione è direi minacciosa, quindi porta il cliente ad arrendersi. Ho scritto più volte ma senza risultati soddisfacenti. Spesso acquisto on-line ma una cosa del genere non mi è mai capitata ripeto, esperienza PESSIMA!!!

This dress was simply stunning. The entire day I recieved constant compliments on how beautiful the dress was. I asked for the dress to be altered to my height 5ft and for the sleeves to be fitted on as opposed to hanging off the shoulder and they did just that. I received the dress well before 4 weeks and it fit like an absolute glove. For the price, material and craftsmanship I can't believe how beautiful this dress is. I would definitely buy from here again, simply amazing. The dress came packaged well aswell

Company does NOT do refunds or returns - after requesting a return and (partial) refund because they don’t do full refunds - my parcel was returned from China. The company operates from China and not the UK. Additionally, the dress was not the colour shown on the website. Do not use this company.

Great quick service even with custom sizes. Dresses are amazing and my girls looked incredible in them as flower girls at the wedding.
