The duduk arrived in the specified time period and it plays wonderfully. It came with two reeds, and I requested 1 soft + 1 medium if possible (both of them soft if not): I'm grateful that they sent me one of each, because I'm able to play with a more characteristic duduk sound on the medium one (though both of them are far better than the reeds I had been using previously).
I've been playing each reed for 20-25 minutes at a time to start out, and though the openings have widened a bit by that point, I could probably play them for at least 5-10 more minutes.
The pitch is good: the high A and high C are a bit on the sharp side, but from what I understand, that's to be expected, and after a few days of practice I'm now able to reliably play them in tune by adding right-hand fingers or adjusting my embouchure. Depressing only the first hole (without the thumb) results in a B quarter-flat, and it's pretty easy to bend it up to a B or down to a Bb. I'm able to bend the open C up to a high D (with both reeds), though it takes quite a bit of effort.
Overall, this duduk (+reeds) was what I was hoping it would be, and it has made me excited about practicing/playing again!!

Duduk exactly as described
The instrument I ordered arrived earlier than expected. It was wrapped beautifully to ensure no harm during delivery process. All items were accounted for. The only problem was the stain was not completely dried and needed to cure an extra day in the air. But it still would have been early with this extra day.

The best duduk shop
The shipping was unexpectedly fast delivered and the ordered product (a duduk reed) is really qualitative, has a great sound and it is easy to play. The website is user friendly and has a lot of useful information about this magnificent and complicated Armenian instrument.

Great Experience with Duduk House

Best Duduk Reeds and Instruments out there
I am a professional saxophone player and have been picking up duduk for the last 6 months. I got the C Duduk by Georgy Minasyan. The instruments and especially the reeds are of such high quality that I wouldn't risk looking elsewhere. I've done a lot of trying out reeds and none have played as good as the one I just got. Great customer service and fast delivery. My recommended source to anyone looking to get a duduk.
