Expensive, but this company is fast and knows there stuff
I felt the cost of the reed did not match the quality. I realize the debate of soft to hard is relative to the player, but the reed just did not meet my expectations. I will say this order came super fast, which was amazing. Also, your website was very informative and helpful...hence me going through you. Thank you

As has always been the case for me
As has always been the case for me, Dudukhouse did exactly what they said exactly when they said they would. The three reed case looks exactly like the picture and appears to be very well built. The body of the reed and the binding on the edges look different from my first reed. I’m looking forward to hear how it sounds. Based on my former experience with Dudukhouse, I’m sure it will be excellent. I’m excited about it!

Great customer service
Great customer service! My order was handled and delivered quickly (less than 10 days for North America shipping).
There was a mix-up in the process - I ordered a duduk reed in A but received a reed in D. I emailed the team and they responded within a few minutes, saying they'd send the correct reed right away and I could keep the one that came by mistake!
The overall quality looks good and I'm happy to work with Dudukhouse.

I just received it right now. Very excited to see how it sounds.
Regarding the purchase process, everything went very well.
The delivery was speedy, although it was stuck for about a month by Spanish customs control. Although that has nothing to do with Duduk House, because, actually the flute was already from Canada to Spain, the day after the purchase. Incredible fast.
The instrument looks gorgeous, and fine exquisite finishes, The feel of the wood is super pleasant and the reed also has an incredible finish.
Everything looks better than in the images on the web.
Very pleased with this purchase. Now there's an exciting road ahead, to make justice on taking a good sound out of this amazing instrument.
