There was a delay in delivery apparently due to stock shortages. Contact with the seemed fine but they had to be prompted about the delay initia

I purchased a size Medium top for approx $80 AUD which was too small. I paid $16 additional for a size Large which is exactly the same size as the Medium. Ducyl will only refund me $15. This to me is a scam.

The items were delivered promptly and in a good state.

My name is Sandy Williams. I ordered 2 shirts from Ducyl in Nov for $107+. Took over 2 wks to receive. Neither fit. DUCYL refuses to honor free return shipping. Instead offered $15, $38, $45, lastly $50 to settle claim. I want full $107+ refund. Now they demand I pay $75 to ship return to DUBAI. Scam company!!! Buyers beware.

I have received three of one dress, three of another dress, and two of another. I do not want to receive credit for these, but may I have credit for the five that I want to return and order other replacement dresses instead?
I was sorely disappointed with the green & pink dress and I don't need to so many of the others!
Plus the return address is non-existant, so I can't even get an address to return all of these dresses that are double & tripled sent!

Have looked at this dress for quite some time, but there are so many scam-companies out there and that prevented me from ordering for a long time. Thankfully, I changed my mind, cause the dress is beautiful, the fabric really good, and delivery didn't take long. So happy I decided to go for it :-)

My wife ordered 2 dresses for a wedding, they were small and the company said don't bother returning them, send us the postage and we will send 2 larger size, first class customer service and My wife is over the moon, so they have a new customer, but not only that, other females in the family are now looking at their clothes. They went out of their way to help , so 5 stars from me. P.S. They answer emails very quick, which is a bonus this day in age.

It arrived exactly as said. A very simple easy to wear top, lovely colour combination, hope it washes well!

I love the designs and the ease of delivery.

I really like the shirts especially the multi colored one. I like the design of the white top. I hope the fabric will wear and wash like cotton.

My husband ordered two blouses for me in late February. One was out of stock but they continued advertising it. When they finally came in over a month later, I wanted to return one. The print on the fabric was cheaply done, the inside of the lapel was an unfinished white color with the print of the pattern not going through the fabric. Ducyl offered me $6 to return it. What a waste on two cheaply made blouses.
