It looks really cool. The staff are very friendly. They respond within 12 hours, which is also very cool. Delivery unfortunately takes a bit long, but otherwise it's cool.

I ordered two items and got ZERO proper notification when they arrived at the pickup shop—so they were sent back. Fine, mistakes happen. But what’s NOT okay is that I’ve contacted Duucy multiple times asking them to resend the order… and they’ve completely ghosted me.
No reply. No help. Nothing.
So now I’m $50 down with no items, no refund, and no customer service. At this point, who even knows if the sweaters were ever sent??
Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Avoid.

Ewiger Versand, noch NIE so ein billiges Zeug gesehen. Wir haben die Spiderman-Hoodys gekauft, riesiger Fehler! Bitte kauft dort nicht ein. Es ist nicht mal ein Markenlogo drin, nur richtig schlecht angenäht die Größe. Also ich hab mal geschaut und man kann den Hoody 1zu1 genau so bei AliExpress kaufen. Sicherlich wurde dort auf Masse bestellt und nun für teuer weiterverkauft..

I bought the 2 hoddies, it came after weeks, I wasn't really happy with the quality therefore I asked for their return policies, again and again and I got no response, I have no idea where to return them and get a refund, I have not even once wore the hoddie, don't buy it, its not worth your money

BAD QUALITY DO NOT BUY!!!
I ordered 2 hoodies which were fine but on the website it did not specify what material the hoodies were made of so I naturally thought it would be good quality but to my surprise it is made out of 99% polyester which discussed me how can a product be priced at 60€ and be made out of god damm plastic. Very disappointing

The delivery arrived a month late, after contacting the website a couple of times and filing a complaint with Klarna. The product design is nice, but the quality is very poor (100% polyester). You can find the same Chinese sweatshirts on AliExpress at a much lower price, and these are not worth the price they cost. Better to buy elsewhere.

Kompletter Scam!! Der Stoff der Jeans ist extrem dünn und fühlt sich billig an, also anders als beschrieben. Außerdem kamen meine Jeans ohne Knopfloch, und auf mehrere E-Mails bezüglich einer Rückerstattung wurde ebenfalls nicht geantwortet.

Ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben. Ich warte seit dem 19. Dezember (heute ist der 29. Januar) auf meine Bestellung. Als ich diese dann heute ausgepackt habe, hätte di Enttäuschung nicht größer sein können. Der Stoff ist nicht so dick wie zu erwarten war und zu 95% aus Polyesta. "Man stinkt wie ein Illtis". Aber auch die restliche Verarbeitung (Reißverschluss, etc.) Lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig

The material composition is clearly stated on the product page (50% cotton / 50% polyester) and fully matches the item delivered. The claim of “95% polyester” is therefore incorrect.
Fabric weight, materials and price are transparently communicated before purchase. At a price of €28 per hoodie, this product offers a solid price–quality ratio and is not marketed as a premium luxury item.
Regarding shipping: orders placed in December experienced exceptional delays due to Black Friday and the Christmas period. This was communicated and does not reflect our standard delivery times.
If you believe your item is defective or have any unresolved issues, our support team is available and ready to assist.

This statement is completely false. Duucy is a legitimate brand and all reviews come from real customers.
All orders are shipped and delivered, any delays that occurred were due to exceptional periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, which were clearly communicated.
If you placed an order and experienced an issue, our support team is always available to assist and resolve it.
Spreading unfounded accusations without proof is misleading and unfair to both the brand and real customers.
Amazing producy
Good quality and it looks just like the pictures. Only reason i don't give it 5 stars is because you need to wait a very long time. I know Duucy can't really control that but it's still a bit annoying 4/5

very good product, faithful to the pictures shown online. love the promo 2 for the price of one, it's very convenient! only bad thing is that the shipping takes a lot of time, (4 weeks at least) so if you're planning a gift I suggest to order a lot of time ahed!
