I bought a dtf printer from DTG pro and it has been a nightmare from the beginning! This is not my first DTF, but it is by far my worst. Tech support is almost non existent. They leave you hanging for days and then never address the problem. I strongly suggest running from this company! You will be stuck with junk and lose your money.

I purchased the large bundle printer and took 3 months to get up and running. CS was rude. And not responsive. I had a faulty head they finally sent me a new one but it took 3 months. I finally had to reach out to others for assistance. I had it for 13 months. Then it finally went crazy and made loud clunking noise and just spit film through. Wouldn't print or anything. Reached out to CS. Took them over a week to get back to me. Wanted me to reinstall the software and reset machine. Did that told them it didn't work. That was Oct 24th. They finally got back to me Nov 17th to get more info. By that time the machine is in a dump somewhere. And i have a new machine set up and running perfectly!!! Within 48 hrs this new company had assisted me and reached out to check on me more times than DTG Pro did in 13 months.
Printer = Paper weight
After working with this company and their bogus product, I now have an expensive paperweight sitting on my desk. They’re product has been faulty since the beginning and continues to be faulty this day after replacing parts and their faulty system within their makeshift printers they sent are not under warranty even after being replaced, they’re not offering or adhering to the warranty is quite frankly shady. I attempted to dispute with affirm who again sided with them because of their crappy policies and attention to manufacturing good equipment so now I’m stuck again with a very expensive paperweight when I should’ve just bought a different unit, but they promised not to be the way that they turned out to be and better than products from Chinasadly, unfortunately not

I’ve been working with DFT Pro 6 or 7…
I’ve been working with DFT Pro 6 or 7 months now, when I purchase my printer and all that set up for my business Steven and Robert and Theo. they’ve been there. I have a lot of issues because of new set ups and learning the printing technology for the DFT but so far has been fun, Challenging sometimes because we had to learn techniques and how the equipment works support has been there no calls are allowed just emails at sometimes can be frustrated because you have to wait for the emails to come back with instructions and how to fix things so you have to stop your production or whatever you do to make your orders going But it’s been there the support thank you to all of you for the help you guys have given me and setting up my printer and understanding settings and problems. I thing I need to address and needs to be fix is that we need to see all our order online to avoid mistake on ordering the wrong material. But other then that all good.

Ordered a l1800 dtf printer print head died during set up. Almost 72 hrs to get support to answer got replaced took almost 2 weeks to get new print head started having little.problems with unit customer service says we need tech support any where from 3 days to maybe never I can't stress enough do not buy from them once shipped dtg pro will leave you hanging with junk please stay away seen people say it's great no it's not

Had purchased the full link of DTF printing, and never received the activation code as stated. I waited the 2 days as it stated, still nothing. I contacted customer support (again) and David was amazing. He got me what I needed in a flash. Now I can get back to my grind and get things printed.

I have made several orders fron dtg pro with no issues. I made a recent purchase and had a small issue using the discount code. I contacted the help center and they quickly refunded me what I would have saved with the discount code. Steve Oasis was very easy to work with and very prompt. Thank you again.

I am posting this review of the DTF PRO MAXI Fume Extractor with the intent of saving prospective buyers the disappointment I am experiencing. Machine ships with no instructions. No manual available online. Does a very poor job of removing odors. Charcoal filter not at all effective. In no way worth the $800.00 price tag. dtgpro.com will not accept return. Odd they do not allow reviews for items on their site. Other than the problem with this item I have been happy with the products and service I have received. Stay away from this fume extractor.
