Very Slow Processing Time

I ordered a Eufymake E1 Cleaning Cartridge from them. This was listed as “IN STOCK.” They ship from California and I live in Michigan. It took 2 WEEKS to receive the cartridge!! No explanation. No apology. Just whatever.
I ordered through Best Buy Online and got it in 3 dats. I also ordered ink cartridges through “fbrc8 II” and also received that BEFORE the cleaning cartridge from this company. I will NEVER, EVER order from them again.

Run Away

First of all, it took almost 2 weeks to receive my order of the MagicSeal spray. I reached out to customer service after 6 days because it showed the order had not moved in a week, and received a very impersonal reply with a tracking number (which I obviously had already). Finally received it and am ripped that I spent all that money for this. It makes absolutely no difference in the “feel” of the print, and the fact that they call it an “odorless spray” is a flat out lie! It stinks and actually gave me a headache! This is nothing but snake oil, anyone that says it works is either lying, fake, or just high from the odor of the spray.

Principles

Had purchased from DTGPro since 2022, even after the messy split which then lead to the creation DTFPro. Eventually, their ink and film inconsistencies forced us to acquire ink, materials, and consumable products from another supplier. In September 2025, we chose to use them for a Heat Station (DTF oven) purchase. The purchase was fine, the delivery was efficient, and the Heat Station performed as expected, until recently.

Purchased on 09/28/2025.
Product was Delivered on 10/02/2025.
Product put into Service on 10/03/2025.
Contacted DTGPro about part failure on 04/06/2026.

DTGPro, being petty, informed me we are days after the "6 Month Warranty" apparently expired, immediately after the part failed.

Average days in 6 Months, ~182.5 days.
Exact days to Heat Station part failure, 185 days.
That's approximately 2.5 days after the electrical component melted under light/normal use. 

Not interested in a company that doesn't stand behind the products they sell, as cheap and generic as they may be. A simple ~$0.50 part that they source from China, they resell for $9.95($16.88 Shipped), and couldn't take care of a customer. We had already ordered the replacement part, (3 for $8 on Amazon), but they certainly should work on customer retainment, instead of petty boundaries.

I have purchased two Model J DTF printers from DTGPRO and have been very satisfied with them. Just made a purchase for a Vantage Max printer to add to my DTF printer collection. Have always been pleased with Mr. Williams at DTGPRO who has helped me with purchases as well as technical issues . Will continue to do business with them ! Todd Giglio

I purchased a dtf curing oven

I purchased a dtf curing oven. It came with a smashed in drawer on the side. They want to give me $50 or a new drawer. Why won't they replace the equipment? I am not paying for it. I canceled my payments through Affirm.

Less than stellar experience

I have bought a printer from these people as well as other items. The kit I purchased was missing items. They even apologized yet didnt send the missing items.
Their customer service is horrible. They will even block your number to keep you from calling. I had to call a whole other department just to get help. That person did help me but the folks who were supposed to do so didnt.

Absolute Trash Customer Service

If possible I would give less than a star for this outfit.

We already own a DTG/DTF printer as well as a UV DTF printer and are very familiar with the process of maintaining our printers to ensure that they are printing correctly.

To begin with the training was terrible its only by our familiarity with the process of setting up our previous printers that we are even able to get started printing with the printer that we ordered.

Straight out of the gate we had issues with our print-head on the printer. It was not laying down enough white and our prints were translucent.

We have submitted several support tickets, many of which we received extremely delayed responses if we received a response at all. In all honesty, there was very little support provided as any issue we were sent a garbage quality video that was filmed in some factory in China.

It wasn't until we issued a dispute claim with Affirm (financing) that we received any response from our last support ticket and even then it took 2 weeks to hear from someone at DTG Pro asking us to remove the dispute and that they would sell us parts to fix the issue for a product that HAS NEVER WORKED TO BEGIN WITH.

We can't send the machine back because of the fact that their support process was so delayed that we went past the return window so we were forced to file a dispute claim with Affirm

Our Affirm claim has been denied because according to DTGPro the print head is not covered by their warranty program.

Ultimately I can understand this if someone comes along in 6 months after purchase and says that their print head is no longer working because regularly maintenance has to be done and if it's not followed the print head will fail, but this print head has never print out a single successful print.

Beware of this company. They are selling private label drop-shipped garbage from China which they cannot effectively support.

Have had a couple break downs with the…

Have had a couple break downs with the DTF printer and trying to get tech support is horrible horrible horrible!!! I don’t know how long they expect you to wait on trying to get help or get parts ordered! Why can’t they list the parts online, oh no that would be too simple. You can’t even find my dampers online, you have go through them to get them and sometimes they might call you back but most of the time they don’t!! Will be a year in August I’ve had my machine, it’s sitting, had a puff of smoke last week in right corner of the Inspire A3+ Trying to figure out what little motor blew, I’m not a tech but trying to get help is pathetic. Horrible customer service Not even a year old printer and still got another pymt to make before it’s paid for.

Can I give them zero stars!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! NO WARRANTY! THEIR PRODUCT LEAKED INK AND CAUSED A SHORTAGE, DAMAGED CABLE, PRINTHEAD, AND MOTHERBOARD! BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THESE, I HAVE TO PAY OVER 700.00 TO REPLACE TO GET THE PRINTER BACK UP AND GOING. MIND YOU I HAVE ONLY HAD 2 MONTHS AND ONLY RAN HALF OF THE TIME! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

The customer service needs a lot of improving !!!

The customer service needs a lot of improving horrible Tech support it has been an ongoing problem with this company from the start!!!
is one expensive paper weight, not to mention losing money! I have called, emailed, and still have no software. I did receive a rude email from Craig in sales!
it took a month just to get an in-voice!! I used the printer 1 time then no software.
