I had been trying to let a flat out in Notting Hill for 4 months via Marsh & Parsons and Foxtons with no luck. I then instructed Bective Leslie Marsh Notting Hill and they were excellent! They let the flat within 2 days. I would give a special shout out to Rob Pratt who I have worked with before - he is always calm and gives great advice. I will be moving all our rental properties to them for sure - highly recommend.

This company will keep your money as long as they possibly can and then will make excuses as to why its not been refunded. BE WARNED! IT WILL BE MENTALLY DRAINING GETTING MONEY REFUNDED FROM THIS COMPANY!!
