I worked with the rentals team at Bective's Notting Hill branch to let my two bedroom flat in the area. My outgoing tenant was rather challenging yet Rob and Charlie managed to work with her amazingly well. Having had a bad experience with said tenant, I had quite strict tenant criteria and turned down two bids that Bective put forward. However, unfortunately, there were too many delayed responses and last-minute solutions from the Estate Agent I worked with. Third-party referencing company were slow, rude and needlessly complicated the process.
