We were very pleased with the service provided by Tom Yeomanson of D&G. As explained at the start, Tom looked after all aspects of the dale of our house (viewings, offers, negotiations, troubleshooting, etc.) and kept us informed at all stages, even when we were overseas. With his help we achieved the asking price (higher than valuations by other agents).

First class service! Very impressed, thank you Tom! D+G outperformed the dual Agent that we instructed first!

Allan was instrumental in the successful completion of our purchase. Due to external factors, it wasn't the quickest purchase, but he kept the process running as smoothly as it could have gone given the circumstances and he went above and beyond to make up time where possible.

Over a number of months, I attempted to enquire about a property that I wanted to view. I called, but the phone was never answered. I left messages, which were never responded to. I made enquiries via email and via Rightmove, again with no response. The only contact I ever received from anyone in this company was someone contacting me about arranging a valuation of my own property (which I hadn't asked for). They couldn't explain why I never received any correspondence about the property I enquired about. I've still not had an answer about it. The property is still being advertised online.

I would definitely not market a property with this company since I cannot see that they have any interest in actually showing properties to serious buyers. The complete lack of response is really very concerning, since even if the property is unavailable I would have expected them to let me know - and consider any other properties they might be able to show to me.

Extremely poor service, I have never experienced anything like this before.

The experience has been amazing. This is the first time my partner and I have rented a place together, and everything has run so smoothly. The rental market is not easy at the moment, but Catalina, who handled everything for us, has been amazing. She was available, approachable, on board with everything, and just as excited as we were to make this work. The process was really fast and simple.
For reference, we viewed the flat on a Monday afternoon and made an offer that evening. The offer was accepted on Tuesday, all the paperwork was handled between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon we had signed the contract. If that is not efficient, I don’t know what is!

What a fantastic experience selling my house in Balham with Douglas and Gordon. Tom Yeomanson is a true professional. He knows the local market very well, provides invaluable advice, is pragmatic and shepherds the process from start to finish in a very delicate and sensitive manner. I had previously tried to sell the house using two other local agents - both times it failed. What was different? Amongst many other reasons Tom takes full responsibility and manages the sale himself rather than passing it off to a more junior member of the team (which is what happened with the others). He takes personal pride and commits himself fully. I couldn't recommend Tom and D&G highly enough.

As before, I returned to D&G to help me find a new apartment and, as before, Ciarnan came up trumps and helped me source several suitable properties. He was polite and efficient in equal measures. Always recommended.
