I recently had an outstanding experience with Emmanuel and Jeremy while arranging a rental car. They were incredibly efficient and responsive, making the entire process smooth. Thanks to their quick customer service, my verification was completed promptly, allowing me to secure an urgent booking without delay.

An amazing company - Jeremy went above and beyond

Rented and car for the day and needed to extend it by 2 hours. Used the WhatsApp feature to contact drivemate as I was having difficulty. Melvin helped me quickly resolve the issue, he was great. Definitely recommend!

Gem was really helpful when the app was malfunctioning, they put everything through on WhatsApp and were super responsive and easy to communicate with! Transformed my drivemate experience

This is not a legitimate company and not to be trusted, they have no way to contact for complaints or issues. Avoid them at all costs. For Ute hire I would try Bunnings cause this company absolutely ruined our moving day.

Emmanuel truly went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue with refunds that had not been processed. He was incredibly patient, took the time to listen, and made a genuine effort to understand my frustration. He followed up diligently and ensured everything that needed to be done was done to reach a solution. He made me feel heard and valued, which made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.

App crashed repeatedly and as a result my verfication as denied. Then customer 'service' was no help at all and wouldn't tell me reasons why.

Showed up to pick up the car (Silver Toyota Tarago),after being charged over, $1000 for a week, car was no where in sight,
After calling host, GRANT C from Kensington numerous times he said car was not available,
So why keep advertising it GRANT C?
It has taken over 10 days to try get my money back and over 15 emails to Drive Mate, after threatening to lodge a complaint through fair trading they have finally refunded the money.
Don't ruin your holiday like we did stay away from these cowboys.

⚠⚠⚠ 0 Star!! car was in a really bad condition, no water in the wipes, very dirty , high beam and lights overall didnt work, which was dangereous to drive . I was charged $150 deposit and then $140 for kms and then $400 for hiring the car. All this charges were totally unexpected ( apart from $400 which is fare)
i actually dont think the car is worth this $$.
They will charge extras ,so at the end this car becomes golden

Amber from customer service somewhere overseas was absolutely useless. Got a text saying verification was declined however its apparently a big secret as to why and she can't tell me why.

I was a car owner lending my car to others
My car got stolen in June this year and I haven’t seen the money yet in December
It took them three months just to gather the paperwork and submit to the claim to the insurance company
it’s taken them over another 45 days to get them to pay me
This has very little to do with the insurance company and all to do with very poor service from Drivemate
In the previous 10 years with the previous two companies Car Next Door and Uber car share I had claims with insurance that were immediately resolved within 15 days, including 2 thefts
