Good Variety
Found some good flavor variety but was a little sad there was no discount for buying multiple cartridges this time around so I didn’t buy as many as I would have otherwise. But was happy that a favorite out of stock flavor was available again.

I love these cartridges
I love these cartridges. I drink much more water as a result. The variety of flavors is excellent. Their website is confusing. I thought I shut off the subscription, but apparently I didn't and received another order. It should be easier to suspend subscriptions.

Cirkul has replaced just about every…
Cirkul has replaced just about every beverage I used to drink. I have so much less recycling now and I'm not going through cases of seltzer. I love the fit sips specifically because I need a lot of electrolytes and having the go sips is also a really helpful benefit because coffee upsets my stomach and this way I can get my caffeine in a delicious and not harmful to my stomach way.

I been using cirkul for about 2years…
I been using cirkul for about 2years along with my son. We really enjoy the different flavors.
However quickly I realized the bottles just dont hold ice well. When the stainless steel bottles came out with silicone sleeves I was happy. Hoping ice would stay a little longer. That was dumb but I liked the sleeve that it protected the bottle from dents & such as bottles gets used they dent or get scratches- the sleeve protected that.
Ive ordered a few times and a few times ive had sips with issues. Cirkul has been good about replacing them with proof.
Now my biggest issue is now with thier new stainless steel bottles with the latch lid. They don't sell replacement lids! I unfortunately had my bottle drop & now rhe latch no longer works and it won't stay closed. So my lid is floppy and you cant replace it! You have to buy a whole new bottle!
Now reason why im giving 3 stars instead of 4...
At first that offered $10 off a purchase or 3 free sips. When I inquired further about a replacement or BUYING a new lid they stated they dont do replacements over 14 days(understandable) and they just dont have lids to buy..but along with this they were now offering $5 off my next purchase. Excuse me? So bad news along with a worse offer?
No thanks.
I had just done a big order with new sips and im just over it. It is expensive compared to flavor packets and/drops and im just going to resell the sips I have. Im upset by how it turned around so quickly.
My son no longer enjoys the flavors and the bottle lids will mold if you forget about it(again understandable).
But CS sucks.
If they make new products they need to have replacement parts available.

These refills do not last some don't even get thru one 40 oz cup and I only use 4. They don't seem to last too long at all.

The amount of water flavored by one Cirkul Sip cartridge depends upon the setting you prefer. The lower the setting, the longer the flavor will last. But each Sip cartridge can flavor the equivalent of six 20oz. fully flavored bottled beverages!
Here are some tips that may take care of the flavor issue:
1. Turn the lid over and locate the rubber air valve which is the small clear rubber piece coming through the little hole in the lid (not the blue o-ring.)
2. Rub that valve back and forth a few times to loosen it up. Then, place the lid back on your bottle and check to see if your flavor flow has improved.
You can also try these tips:
1. Remove the Sip cartridge from the lid and give it a good shake and then reinsert it (it could've had an air bubble in it).
2. Move the flavor dial from X-10 a few times to be sure that the flavor is releasing correctly from the spout.
3. Wash the lid in warm water or on the top rack of your dishwasher.
Now, move the dial to your favorite setting and get back to happily hydrating! 😊 Please note as the flavor diminishes you may need to increase the dial.

My whole family uses circle bottles…
My whole family uses circle bottles with the cartridges that includes my husband, my daughter and my two grandsons. My grandsons are 13 and nine and while they do drink water it helps them to drink more because of the flavors. I am very happy with a circle.

so far, I’ve gotten three orders from circle and they’re not what I wanted. I sent them a message explaining what I wanted and it was told to me that the correct order would be going out what a laugh so far I haven’t gotten that correct order but I have been charged $57 times two and I’m sure that I’ll be charged for this third one. Can’t wait to see if that comes up. All I can say is I’m canceling. I’m done
