The shipping takes absolutely FOREVER. If I'm paying for a monthly subscription, I dont expect to wait 1.5 weeks for my order.
The products are decent, although personally I only like a few flavors. Way cheaper buying in bulk from Cirkul than anywhere else I've found..

Customer service is horrible
Didn’t get an email about a subscription. Have been trying to stop the subscription myself for over 6 months and couldn’t because the website is not easy to navigate and find those options. I called customer support who talked over me and refused to cancel my order or get me a refund. They decided to give me a gift card for the company. Couldn’t talk to a supervisor because they were too busy. Supervisor emailed me and did the same thing. I will no longer be a customer of cirkul and if I could give a zero star rating just on customer service alone I would.

They will not send me a password reset when i try to get my account back and even when i did have my account i could not find a way to cancel my subscription they try to lock me into these fuc...king monthly payments about to take legal action.

Worth it
I had a time getting my order due to fedx. Once I got it I was thrilled. It will be hit or miss with flavors. I expect that but my grandson loves what I dont. I have many favorites now. I have been drinking 3x the amount of water.

Love it. I am drinking sooooo much more water! Only negative thing I can say is I have purchased 3 flavors now that went right into the trash, they sounded great but were not for me! It’s a process of elimination, and you waste a bit of money that way

Very difficult to cancel a…
Very difficult to cancel a subscription. I cancelled my account after my first purchase, then got an email weeks later saying my next order was about to ship, so I cancelled again and yesterday I was changed for my subscription and the order shipped.
I love the product but I can buy the flavors I like in stores, so I don't need a subscription. But apparently even though my subscription says Cancelled, I still get charged and stuff still gets shipped. Very annoying.

I have absolutely loved my experience so far! I had a couple of damaged sips with my 1st delivery but had an amazing customer service experience and everything was handled quickly and flawlessly I must add as well!

It shouldn’t take 2 weeks to get an order delivered. Especially if you’re going to offer expedited shipping. I understand the shipping itself is faster, but taking that long to complete an order and get it ready for shipping is crazy given the amount of money I paid.

The best thing i've ever used
This is the best thing I've ever found to start at using. I am a truck driver. All I drank was soda and coffee now. I just drink water. I'm healthier and feel better lost weight I am no longer putting sugar in my body.

For non water drinkers
The only way I’ll reliably drink water is if there’s some flavor in it. It’s much easier and more efficient to have a bottle with built in flavor than it is to use packets or drops in disposable bottles. Cirkul is amazing!

Finally found the link to leave a review. Would not recommend this company - their customer “service” is a complete joke, they don’t read what you say and just send you a completely irrelevant response. Waste of money and they are rude ?
