Placed an order on the 8th April. Submitted everything that was asked of me, haven’t heard a thing from them and order hasn’t moved forward at all. Have emailed for a refund so I can give my custom elsewhere!!! I would avoid this company at all cost.

Don’t waste your money with this company
I bought a three month bundle of injections, starting with 2.5mg, increasing to 5mg for the second month and finally 7.5mg for the third month. The first pen arrived after a few days of purchase. I had no concerns until my second pen was due. Nothing arrived. No emails. No communication from Dr Franks. Their phone number does not work. Their social media has been taken down. So I don’t know if they have gone bust! I have tried emailing but I have received no reply. I am now trying to get my money back via my credit card. Very poor service. Don’t take the risk. Use someone else!!

MY LAST CRY OF HELP
I am leaving a review here in hope it will obtain the clinics attention as my emails seem to be going completely unanswered.

Ordered on 8 April with a notification prompting that i will have dispatch in 24 hours. Today is the 14th with not even an update since they took over £200 from me.
I am now filing for a refund through my card company so i can place an order through another pharmacy. This is absolutely atrocious behaviour from licenced pharmacists. YOU ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!!!

I ordered my pen and was due to jab yesterday and still no sign of it being dispatched after it been accepted a week ago. I have emailed and tried to contact the company and have had no response. I tried to ring them and it says the phone lines are unavailable so now I have no medication and no idea of when it is going to be sent out.
Woeful service and no communication
Paid 5th April, confirmed with partner pharmacy that no prescription has even been released to them yet. No phone number to speak to anybody and emails that are totally unanswered. I had signed up for a subscription which I've now cancelled but I'm also performing a charge back if nothing happens soon.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, they don’t reply mail, no one to talk to nor chat with. Pls refund me cos I’m tired of u guys ignoring me.
Efficiency
I ordered my Mounjaro from Dr Frank, it was a smooth process, I filled out all necessary forms and my pen was delivered. It was on time and I had no issues
Stay away
I ordered from them twice. The first time they sent it to the wrong address, blamed me and said they wouldn't resend it. They have no phone number to call, and a single e-mail address that often goes unanswered. I had to scour the internet and contact the boardmembers to get them to send out my pen. The second time they sent it to the right address but it still took over a week with royal mail to arrive. Who even knows if it's still ok to use, it certainly wasnt cold when it arrived. Would I recommend Dr Franks? No. Very much no.

No jab and no contact!!
Have been on a subscription with Dr Franks and all was fine until this month. Took my money and havent heard from them since. Sent numerous emails and their telephone lines are now unavailable. I am 2 days overdue from my jab date and over £300 out of pocket. Wish I read the reviews before as now I'm concerned I will not see that money again. If they have supplier issues, they just need to let their customer know as currently it feels like I've been scammed.
New lease of life
Dr. Franks and the program has given me a new lease of life. I feel so much better since I have lost a lot of weight under their program.
When I started the journey, I had a lot of health issues. I now have less health issues and feel so much better.
I feel like I can do so many things I couldn’t do before with my family and I will be forever grateful for the help and support. Dr. Frank gave me.

This is by far the worst pharmacy you can go to for any GLP1 medication. They will delay your order for 2 weeks, making you miss your scheduled dosing and they will not communicate with you all, they don’t even have a phone number and the emails go unanswered. They blame delays on holidays but every other pharmacy doesn’t seem to be having this issue they have. They said they have re-vamped and improved their service but it seems to have gone even worse with 0 communication or help on where your order is. They have affiliates but they know they cannot fulfil orders so it’s very strange why they are having people promote a service they cannot control. Save your money and sanity and stay away!

I have been using Dr franks for about a year and in that time with the help of the medication I have lost 3 stone.
Over the year It has shown me the meal sizes that I should have to keep the weight off.
Using exercise and a high protein and varied diet I am now so mush happier with my appearance.

Seems straight forward to start with, quick and easy to get going. The first pen came promptly. But after that you have no communication, no updates on subsequent pens. The hotline on the website has been taken down, there is no way to call anyone. Emails are answered with blatant lies or completely ignored. Weeks pass with nothing. Complete con.
I am now in the process of attempting to get a refund, but have already started to go down a chargeback route as they are ignoring my requests.
Don’t use Dr Franks
I had a telephone consult and was advised that I would need to pay an additional £30 for extra guidance. I said I would like a refund and I would go elsewhere. Tried to call for a refund but no phone lines. Emailed, no response. Thank Goodness I payed via PayPal. PayPal have refunded me saying that Dr Franks refund was invalid. I would suggest that anyone who is thinking of going this route uses PayPal or a credit card or just avoid completely.
A professional friend
A professional friend. Dr Frank have helped me with my weight loss journey by offering good pricing, helpful advice and help when I needed it. They also kept a close eye on my progress to make sure I stayed on track and did not go too far and kept myself safe. Quick deliveries and regular updates. I will not shop around as I’ve found a reliable friend who has my interests at the heart of what they do.
