My experience with Dr. Frank was very positive. From the first consultation, I found him to be professional, genuine, and honest. He is not one of those surgeons who is simply focused on business, he gives sincere, trustworthy advice and realistic expectations.

After my consultation, I truly felt I was in safe hands and knew he was the right surgeon for me.

He also performed earlobe surgery for me, and I am extremely impressed with the results. I can’t even see a scar!

Great doctor and great results! I highly recommend him.

I can’t rate Dr Franks highly enough .
Quick at reviewing prescriptions and getting back to you quickly and sending product out .
Not like other companies I’ve used in the past .

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Placed an order, they processed my payment same day and almost 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. First time I emailed asking where it was they sent a tracking number which still says not received by Royal Mail. They're now ignoring all contact from me. Currently waiting for enough days to pass then bank will refund me under the chargeback procedure. Shocking service, needless to say I won't be a repeat customer.

Be careful, they don't deliver, they use automatic subscription and you lose money. Bunch of crooks.

I have emailed 8 times and been chasing my prescription and they do not respond! The phone lines dont appear to work as I have been unable for the last 2 weeks to get through. They have taken my money but wont pay me back or respond. Can anyone help?

Order jab on the 13th, and still no delivery , still only on the third processing stage , there is 5 processing stages , they say each step takes 24 hours , but this is false. Dr.Frank is only a tiny bit cheaper than other sites, please take my advice and the advice of 100’s of recent reviews and do not order from them. I have had numerous emails ignored , and they have no phone number .
It’s extremely bad and have messed up my ‘weight journey’ scam of a company. I have no faith I will get a refund or even the jabs.

They changed the prices of my subscription without telling me - when emailing them to ask about this they basically said they updated the website AND they don’t respond to emails when you have an enquire. 1st email I sent they took a week to respond. Sent 2 other emails weeks ago and no response till this day. No support as promised on their website and I definitely don’t recommend joining. Once they get your money that’s it ! PLEASE READ REVIEWS AND REALLY CONSIDER BEFORE JOINING. Bolt is cheaper and much better customer service.

Wouldn’t touch them with a barge poll, bought a product off them but immediately changed my mind the same day. Asked for a refund which in fairness they promptly agreed to, but it’s been 4 weeks and counting now waiting for it. I’ve been emailing them constantly but haven’t even had a curtesy reply. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so they’ll get the refund, learn from my own mistakes and stay away.

Still awaiting my first order to arrive. It’s been 3 weeks, several emails & no response. I think I’ve been scammed. Does anyone have a landline for Customer service? Honestly, this is the last thing I need right now.

No update on when I'll receive my medication I was due my weight loss jab last Friday and now it's a week late which means I might have to start back on the starting dose. Numerous emails sent with no response. Do not order from here!

Having decided that I was going to stop with my weight loss injections, I was sent a discount code I couldn't refuse so decided to place a second order which was processed quickly. I was kept updated throughout and would definitely recommend using this company despite what some of the other reviews suggest. Maybe I'm just lucky but I'll definitely use them again

Cancelled my order 16 days ago and they refuse to refund me the money

Price was good, process easy enough but took a long time to deliver, lacked communication as well

Shocking from start to finish (still not finished!) i placed my order then was completely ghosted! I finally managed to cancel my order and 2 weeks later I’ve still not received my refund! Please DO NOT be tempted to order from here. If the price looks too good to be true that’s because it was! I honestly think awarding one star 🌟 here is being overly generous.

I ordered off DrFranks a week ago and have heard nothing regarding my order.. Ive emailed them a few times and also messaged them on Facebook but they havnt got back to me.. I put in an order for Mounjaro 7.5mg that cost £183 and that is alot of money to me to just forget about.. I have opened a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

Ordered over two weeks ago and have heard nothing! I have sent two emails with no response. Won’t be using you again!!!
