First time customer with D.R. Collin
First time with D.R. Collin, ordering a frozen lobster in preparation for a Christmas Eve dinner. A seamless, trouble free ordering experience and very quick delivery to Gloucester from Scotland. The frozen lobster arrived in an airtight sealed plastic bag, packed inside a very sturdy polystyrene box and wrapped with several frozen cold bags. The lobster weighs about 500 grams and cost £18 plus £10 for shipping. We have recently returned from living in France where a similar lobster was costing us 95 Euro's. As D.R.Collin apparently deliver daily to Northern France, we suspect that the lobsters we purchased in France may well have come from Scotland in the first place! Cannot recommend highly enough. A great find for us.

Fabulously fresh fish
Fabulously fresh fish at reasonable prices. Discovered it whilst on holiday. A fish shop that doesn’t smell of fish tells you how fresh it is. Have not been home long before ordering a box to be delivered. Very efficient. Quality and packing perfect.

I had a minor problem over confusion on one of the products. I thought the Salmon came cut as a fillet, but it came whole. So the website has been changed to make it clearer.
I find that kind of customer service to be excellent, gives confidence when shopping there in the future

Website was clear and easy to navigate, order process was clear and deliver tracking works well. Ordered for a birthday gift and delivered on the scheduled day. Product extremely well wrapped and maintained with ice packs.
Cooked crab and langoustines were apparently delicious.
