Disappointed
The lid was smashed but thanks to the good number of ice packs everything was still nice and cold.
Sadly despite this the scallops were not the best, the vac packing had squashed them (one of the roes had even burst)and they tasted a bit stale, I have had far better.
The crab was had just 2 days left on use by date and it showed, it had very little taste and no sweetness.

We’re genuinely disappointed to read this, especially as we didn’t receive any email or call from you to give us a chance to put things right directly. We take a lot of care in packing orders with multiple ice packs to keep everything in top condition, and it’s good to hear that part worked well.
If the lid arrived damaged, that’s something we could have resolved quickly had we been notified — the same goes for any concerns about the seafood quality. All of our products are packed fresh and dispatched with clear use-by dates, and any issues are always handled swiftly when customers reach out.

Fish at its best
Smoked haddock marvellous flavour smoked the correct way not dyed, and large fish. Whiting underrated lovely flavour and so tender. All in all great fish and excellent service

Sorry but the langoustines were mushy
Sorry but the langoustines were mushy, there wasn’t much to the lobster, it was very small for £21, the dressed crab was good though. I so much wanted to love everything. We will be back and will try uncooked next time. I think it’s the cooking then freezing process does this, I had forgotten and should know better.

Delicious!
Ordered a luxury seafood platter for a special occasion to be delivered which was delicious! A real variety of seafood as well as all the accompaniments. Everything was well packed and arrived on the selected date. A great way to celebrate.
