Hi Malcolm,
Thank you for your feedback.
Sorry to hear there were some fixings missing from your order, it sounds like they could have fallen out of the packaging.
If we are told about damages to consignments within a reasonable time of receiving delivery, we are able to rectify issues such as damaged or missing goods.
We will ensure any future orders of the for the same goods will be better packaged to prevent this happening again.

Hi Mr Frankland,
We are sorry the delivery did not arrive when expected.
Some orders, if they are too heavy for courier transport, will be shipped direct from the manufacturer on their own vehicles, which was the case with this order.
As a result, the lead time can increase. Sorry if this was not clear at point of order, we do try to make this clear in the delivery section of our website.
We understand this has now been delivered and we hope that you found us easy to reach on the phone once the delay was brought to our attention.
Kind Regards,
Drainage Central Team

The best guttering supplier out there
As far as I’m aware, the prices are unbeatable by some margin anywhere on the Internet. They were substantially under best trade building depot prices. Delivered promptly and order was complete and in perfect condition.
