Efficient and helpful
I needed to order up an additional 2 brackets, staff quickly found the original order and agreed to supply the additional 2 brackets and reduce the otherwise high delivery charge. It has a quick and efficient service.

Excellent product and excellent service
Before ordering some Brett Martin guttering, I spoke to one of Drainage Central's staff, who was very helpful. Later that day I decided to add to my order, and again spoke to Jack, who was very helpful and added the new items to be delivered with my main order. My order arrived on the 3rd of the 3 to 5 working days that he had predicted and having examined everything, I called again with a technical question. To ensure that I got the right advice, Jack put me in touch with Brett Martin's technical department. Truly excellent service and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Avoid using this company!!!
Avoid using this company!
They are a company with a returns policy that is borderline theft! 25% charge to return any items. Eg if you order around £500 of guttering and realise it’s the wrong size, they won’t exchange for the correct size, they charge you nearly £125 to restock it back on their shelf + £35 delivery back to them and then £35 delivery again plus the full cost of the replacement items to change them!!? Therefore, a oversight on approximately a £500 order could cost you in the region of £195 in restock and delivery costs for them to restock the items back on their own shelf for resale!!? The items I personally ordered where extremely poor quality even though they were expensive to purchase! I would return the items but I’d rather dispose of them rather than give them back to this company to resell to some other unfortunate customer and make another 25% profit from the restock charge that they’d already charged me!

We are sorry you don't agree with our returns policy.
We recommend all customers familiarise themselves with this before placing an order.
No collection fee is applicable if the goods are returned by the customer, however we cannot always avoid restocking charges as some goods are shipped direct from the manufacturer.
The quality of the goods we supply is of upmost importance, and more details of the quality of the goods has been requested, as no mention of this has been made until now - please send images so we can investigate further.
We hope to hear from you again soon so we can rectify this issue and correspond with the relevant manufacturer.
