Excellent Service
I needed a couple of offset bends for a downpipe assembly and Drainage Central had them in stock. Because I live in Northern Ireland their supplier wouldn't ship to me but nevertheless Drainage Central notified me promptly about the issue and managed to resolve it and sent my order to me all the same. The items were perfect and I was able to complete the job thanks to them. I would highly recommend them as their reliability proved first rate for me.

Pipe Bend & Access Pipe
Ordered 2 parts for a broken internal rainwater down pipe. The parts arrived within the timescale and were fixed in place the following day. The only issue was that we ordered both parts in grey, but one of the items was black. Luckily the pipe is hidden behind our racking system so wasn't too much of an issue.

Hi Sean,
Thank you for your feedback.
After checking the order confirmation, it does appear that one item was ordered in Black and the other item in Grey, so has been delivered as ordered.
The Grey item is not available in any other colour. Sorry if this was not clear when placing the order, and we are glad to hear it did not affect your job too much on this occasion.
If you have any further issues, please let us know at customerservices@drainagecentral.co.uk and we can rectify as quickly as possible.
Kind Regards,
Drainage Central Team
