arrived a little late but postage was excessive. £12.50 for a small lightweight jiffy bag which should have come through the post.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and sorry for the delay in responding.
The lead time for the goods ordered is 3-5 working days - and according to the courier the order was delivered on the 3rd working day. Sorry of the lead time is not clear - it is highlighted on the individual product pages.
Sorry if you feel postage fee was excessive. We strive to keep carriage costs low, but in some cases it is not always possible. Hopefully value was found in the fully trackable courier service used on this occasion.

This time the delivery got split down…
This time the delivery got split down into 2 different vans.
1st driver turned up with just the downpipes, I asked" is that all you have for me" The answer was YES.
2 hours later this same driver turned up with box of fittings!! time is now 3.30
Second driver turned up after 5.30 with guttering.
I now had to return back to this job the next day to install the guttering taking just 40mins....
Poor delivery service. If all order was on the first van i would have been done and finished on this job in same day.

Sorry to hear about the issues this split in the consignment has caused you. Although we work closely with couriers to try and avoid this, occasionally, this does happen.
We always recommend no work is scheduled to begin until all goods have arrived on site and have been checked - as although this is uncommon we admit that this can sometimes happens and is largely outside of our control.
Nonetheless we are happy to hear the order arrived all on the same day, and please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any further issues.

The delivery was dumped on an adjacent patch of grass and nt delivered to the address, it had been thrown over the hedge.
It was complete and correct

Thank you for your feedback, and thank you for your time just now on the phone.
We are sorry the items were not delivered to the property, but glad the order was received in full - this order was sent direct from the manufacturer on their own courier so we will pass the feedback onto them too.
The items ordered are made to order, and do have an extended lead time of 10-15 working days, and this is shown on the estimated delivery box on each individual product. Sometimes lead times change when a certain variant/colour is selected. Sorry if this was not clear and we will try and make this clearer going forward.
