Angled guttering brackets
Items I ordered arrived very quickly. All neatly packaged & exactly what I wanted. I used the guttering brackets on my fence with wire mesh to stop my foster cats escaping. Worked really well.

Check delivery charges!
Purchasing online was great and they had items I couldn't get anywhere else, so I was happy to see that delivery was 3-5 days. I wasn't happy though when I saw that the delivery charge was £15!!! Even more expensive than the items I purchased!!! I went ahead as I had no option (items not available elsewhere). Even less happy when the goods took 8 days to get to me. So the items etc are great, but delivery & charges are a bit of a rip off.

Its great to hear that you were able to source what you required after not being able to locate anywhere else - we are proud to offer such a wide range of goods.
Delivery costs are based on a variety of factors, and we try and keep them as low as possible, we even offer free delivery at some points too. It sounds like the delivery charge was displayed clearly before ordering which is important to us, you do not need to create an account to do this just click and add to basket.
After taking a look at the order, it looks like it was delivered on the 6th working day so apologies you didn't receive it when expected (advertised 3-5 working days).

I liked that Product was available and…
I liked that Product was available and at good unit price.
I didn’t like the huge carriage charge that made to overall price extremely expensive.
I didn’t like the fact that delivery from date of order to date received was very slow.

We try to keep carriage costs as low as possible, and our fittings do have a discounted delivery cost when compared to gutter or pipe lengths.
Its also disappointing to hear that the delivery seemed slow. We checked the courier system and it does appear to show that delivery was made within the expected lead time - the lead time is highlighted on each individual product page, apologies if this was not clear enough.
