deposited on day one no reasonable promotions messaged live chat they said they ONLY do 10 pence spins promotions, then another agent interjected and said they occasionally do 50 pence and £1 spins. did not say when they have in past or when they will in future.

live chat is legitimately powerless, i believe they are working remotely and listening to your issue, then sending an email with your problem to the other support team for them to solve. unnecessary.

set deposit limit to £1 will update and play here again when their promotions are not 20-30 times worse than competitors.

elaborate if you are not lying, how are you competitive with promotions when you give out 10 pence spin slop?

Had absolutely no issues on this site had several withdrawals no issues, then went to withdrawal £80 and it wasn't paid out, i didn't realize they sent me a KYC email, despite allowing me to continue depositing after they requested this documentation, now im pretty sure that if they require documentation for identification purposes than its illegal for them to accept deposits or place bets until identification has been done, but seems they didn't follow this rule.

Also The UKGC states this

"players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time. Further information on the rules on identity verification can be found in our age and identity verification consultation response document".

Seems Dragonbet dont abide by the rules and regulations they are bound to whilst holding a UK licence.

Like others, i noticed they stopped replying to my emails, i contacted them Via live chat and was told they needed some additional information, because bizzarely both my bank cards, in date photo identification & latest current bank statement wasn't sufficient enough...so i sent them a council tax statement, and was told it will take 24 hours to review.

Ive been a customer of bet365,Mecca, 32 red etc for 15+ years never had any of this run around, once a online gambling company starts pulling these tricks i find them disingenuous, If they need to identify a person it should be done at the start, and as the Gaming commission states it should not be done at the point a withdrawal is requested, if the company allows anybody to deposit they legally have to process your withdrawals so to those who don't have photo graphic identification the Gaming Commission clearly says that alternative identification is acceptable (so don't let these fob you off) read the rules and regulations that licence holders are to abide by.

I will see if i get my withdrawal and if i don't i will do a charge back with my bank, its instant so i will get my deposits back if i don't.

I will update if they release my winnings that i won of my own deposits.

And the 3 star rating is because other than this the sites not actually bad, plenty of games, plenty of promotions and withdrawals are typical paid back within the hour (sometimes within 20 mins) but when they bend the rules or dont abide by them its disingenuous.

You requested a KYC and withheld my withdrawal whilst continuing to allow me to deposit & place further bets, i would be happy to quote exactly were the UKGC states that is not allowed, and again....

The UKGC states this

But you ignored that, and decided to break the rules and regulations your licence says you are required to abide by.

Tried to Withdraw £550 and was asked for verification pics (not a problem) now they've completely suspended my account and wont email me back for 48 hours whilst its under review. Whats there to review! More than happy letting people deposit their money but make it an absolute nightmare withdrawing it. Im holding out for this money and il be deleting my account.

Terrible company kept freezing my account everytime I was winning and asking me for all kinds of verification(which I supplied every-time) they then asked me for proof of how Much I earned and once I showed them(I earn a good living) they closed my account fully! It seems they didn’t want somebody who can afford to bet a lot and keep winning. Joke of a company avoid at all costs!

I’m a 55 year old disabled person and suffer from mental illness and don’t have any photo id so I signed up with dragonbet and deposited £50 after a few bets I decided to withdraw what I had left which was £50 after I tried to withdraw I was suddenly asked for id which I don’t have but showed them a hmrc letter and my bank card which I was told would be ok then all of a sudden they wouldn’t accept it this site is an absolute joke I would stay well away different people saying different things making rules up as they go along and now they won’t pay me out full stop. Horrible horrible people or robots

Just signed up to this site and deposited £200.
Placed a bet, then my account got suspended!!
Can’t access live chat due to not being able to log in.. no reply from my email as of yet also. Seems like a scam

Suspended my account sent all documents over plus several emails no response also spent time on live chat and don’t get anywhere another company that’s doesn’t like to pay out when you win
