Why are you breaking the rules asking for peoples information upon there withdrawal my friend has been with you 9 months and spent numerous amounts of money with you he’s had one withdrawal in this time for £40 and he actually won something decent yesterday and you have emailed him requesting all sorts of stuff you’ve had 9 months to request this but you’ve simply waited to he’s had a nice withdrawal…I will be sending this information to the gambling commission plus a breakdown of every deposit he has made in the last 9 months your can’t keep getting away with this breaking the rules all the time

Please explain to your friend that we understand why the timing of the request may have caused concern. However, a withdrawal does not itself determine when an account is reviewed, and the request was not made because the customer had won and certainly not because we were seeking to avoid making payment.
Account reviews can arise for a number of reasons and may require us to verify information relating to the customer, their payment methods or the operation of the account.
This may well have also been the case when you posted a similar review about us regarding your wife's account.
Where information is required, we must complete those checks before allowing certain account activity to continue.
For privacy and security reasons, we cannot discuss another person’s account publicly or through a third party. The registered account holder is welcome to contact us directly, and we will explain what is required and work with them to complete the review as quickly as possible.
They are, of course, entitled to contact the Gambling Commission. We will cooperate fully with any enquiry and provide the relevant account history and reasoning behind our actions.
Close your account if you WIN
Disgusting company. I won more than I deposited, made a few withdrawals and then they suddenly lock my account without any warning, saying they have "made a business decision to close your account". The decision was because they LOST money and didn't like it. I did nothing wrong, they are leeches that only like losers playing their games. Avoid them as you won't get paid if you win.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. We cannot discuss the circumstances surrounding an individual account on a public forum, but our terms allow us to close an account where we consider it appropriate to do so.
To be clear, account closures are not made simply because a customer has won or withdrawn more than they have deposited.
A range of factors may contribute to such a decision, the financial position of a customer would not be one of them.

Good for horse racing and football betting,I tried to win big on Casino site ,bet loads ,won small bets and one mega .but seem impossible to win a fortune,after all it's what we are all looking for ,good for transactions returns,shame .iv tried most betting sites ,not gonna win that big win we all want ,iv say overall dragonbet have been ok with me .I now closed my account with them . because feel you can'rt win in the long run ,they just keep takeing my money.

We have no influence over how the games payout but do ensure they run to the advertised RTP's as is a condition of our licence.

Welsh Football ***** and Customer Service is great
Great selection of bets on Football, especially specialists in Welsh Football, all the way down the pyramid. Customer service are really fast at responding, emails within less than half hour, and lice chat is almost instant. Always very helpful, Duncan especially today.

Feel for those who are complaining about fairness and lack of payouts.
The response is that all games running to advertised RTP.
My experience some time ago, upon asking for figures, was that EVERY Big Bass slot I played paid significantly less than advertised RTP over a reasonable period of time.
Not one or two a bit less, EVERY one was less than the average.
I know enough about maths to know that to have so many games paying less than average and non paying more, is very suspect indeed because it should be almost a statistical impossibility.
Winners abound on their YouTube channel, however, of which they circumvent the regulations by not directly naming the company on the videos themselves.
Newer customers may appreciate my experiences so you can avoid the unfairness I had.

I can see that we're not the only company you have given 1 star to - in fact all 71 of your reviews have been one star so at least we're not alone in your ratings.
As explained before, we're sorry that things didn't work out for you and that you feel you were treated unfairly.
We have no influence over how the games run so are unable to favour anyone - nor would we.
They are provided by the gaming studios and sit on our site. The games are tested to ensure they run at the advertised RTP's (as is a requirement of our UK Gambling commission licence.)
We genuinely wish you well but looking over your posts directed at several gambling companies it appears that you expectations are misled and we'd advise you take some time away from gambling.

All together not bad... Had some winings and withdraw was fast, in max 1h money is paid out. Games fairly good. The thing I found annoying is at betting point when you open "in play" fotball and there is no minus of play next to game! Wow! How can someone even missed to put that! For each game you need to open the game to see what minutes or what half they playing. Very annoying. But all together not bad for now.
