When I tried to make an offer though, the system didn’t allow me to sign in. But Danielle really tried to help me and spoke to the landlord. I didn’t get the flat in the end but she kept suggesting me other listings and kept following up. I truly appreciate her support.

In addition to being extremely nice and competent, she went above and beyond several times - taking calls after working hours, answering our many questions, helping with little snags that came up when we finally moved in and even coming to us to make our lives easier so that we didn’t need to go to their office when we otherwise would have had to.
