The product arrived on time and the packaging looked premium, but the improvements on my skin were minimal. For the price paid, I expected more visible change. Customer service was responsive, which was the one bright spot.

Le vendeur nous a fait rentrer avec insistance et en quelques minutes une dame m'a appliqué un produit sous l'eau sans même savoir si je pouvais faire une réaction ou pas. Ils ont poussé à la vente. J'ai fini par acheter un produit où je sentais bien l'arnaque. J'ai voulu le rendre immédiatement après la transaction ils ont littéralement refusé et ont fuit la boutique. J'ai été écoeuré de cette vente et le produit est comme je me l'imaginais inefficace sans aucun effet. C'est une énorme arnaque bien ficelé.

The product pricing (special sale) and delivery service were excellent. The items I ordered —Cleansing Foam, Hydra Toner, and Exfoliating Pearl Milk Cleanser —help me maintain soft, bright skin.

The company has a wonderful product, though very expensive, works. They were offering a great deal too.

The product makes me appear younger. I love their sales.

Please be cautious of this company and let them be. Their products are basic items sold at excessively high prices, with prices inflated in-store. Their sales approach involves drawing you in, applying a cream that shows immediate effects, and then trying to sell you a $500 cream. The product you leave with is not the same one they applied during the demonstration. If you decline, they may reduce the price by half, but these products are realistically worth no more than $20. Don’t become their next target. If you encounter this brand, it’s best to walk away quickly. The sales associates are trained to pressure customers into purchases and often move between stores. All sales are final, and they do not accept returns—once you pay, your money is gone for good.

This is their strategy:
High-pressure sales: Salespeople aggressively pushing customers to make an immediate purchase.
Misleading promises: Sales representatives claiming that products will provide dramatic, instant results or that they are being used by celebrities like Oprah.
"No-refund" policy: Failure to clearly disclose a strict "no-refund" policy, which makes it nearly impossible to return the product if it doesn't work or causes an adverse reaction.
Bogus discounts: Offering large discounts to make a highly inflated price seem like a good deal.
In-store manipulation: Using specialized mirrors or lighting to make it appear that the products are having a dramatic, immediate effect during a demonstration.
PLEASE STAY AWAY.

It smells nice. It is just a regular salt and oil scrub. No south sea pearl as listed in ingredients. No gold (not listed but advertised as having). Spare yourself the hassle and money and just get a $5 scrub at TJMAXX. At least you’ll know the brand. The tub says FDA compliant and “dermatology” “tested.” What does that mean?? NOTHING!! Results of the test? By what? Dermatology BEWEAR! They’re flooding Trustpilot with multiple fake reviews by the same people saying the same thing giving it the opposite impression of everyone else’s experience. Especially regarding shipping and customer service and efficacy.

I never received the 24K Gold Facial Peel, but I was charged for it. No response from the company. This is the second time this has happened with this particular item (I received the other item I ordered).

I have purchased the lotion from this company in none of my lotions came with the nice fresh smell all was expired I did have the chance to experience the beautiful all day scent the lotion gave one time that was my first purchase which was in person but since I been purchasing online they all have been bad smelling lotions still heals dry skin in feet. But I purchased for the smell it was unique topical and I was in love I needed to get it again the compliments was great my spouse loved it but nope none of these bottles ever came with the scent again

We were at the Cancun airport when we were approached by a very nice lady that wanted us to try their eye serum. She was very polite, communicated well, and was knowledgeable about her product. We purchased the eye cream and then was directed to the trainer for red light therapy. That lady could not have been nicer during her sales pitch, however, once we told her we were not interested in spending $1200 for a red light therapy device, not to mention the additional cost of the cream, she abruptly walked away and left us sitting there. No goodbye, I understand, etc. I will not use these products based on the treatment we received.

I am still waiting for my delivery... there were brokerage fees and I have not had any information from the delivery people (UPS) as to how I would go about paying and receiving my package.

I want to say to D'OR Stop saying that you are not responsible for the products or tactics of salons selling your items. Because you have to be aware of how your brand is being sold, and represented especially when these spas exclusively sell your products
I got conned by the hard sell by Rose Soa in downtown Portland it's amazing how they went from. Co.plumentary and helpful to unavailable rude and theft. I spent $500 *i know it could have been worse and returned the eue. TeM i used the next day. They never refunded my card and dedpure calling and. Calling the manager seemed to ne er be there
It's. Manipulative and if your products were so good they would stand on their own and would not need to strong arm people and then rope them in

I would have so much more respect for your company if you reigned this behavior in and cut tires with places like Rose Volpe Spa.

It's disgraceful and you just look bad denying it and not taking responsibility for your image and how you are represented
