Basically didn’t want to know. Had no technical team and couldn’t provide any spare parts. Use this organisation at your peril

I bought an appliance from this mob. It failed after only two years, which is apparently the warranty period. I've pointed out an electrical appliance should last several years, but short of getting expert evidence about the cause of the fault, they're not interested. Avoid these crooks and buy elsewhere.

I used my new Leaf Blower today for the first time and after the bag filling I loved it, but on the part way through filling the second bag it stopped picking up the label on the machine said it maybe a thermal cut out, switch off for 60 minutes and then try again, but no response at picking up any leaf to date after many attempts. the hand book does not give me any thing else to try ( perfect blower but no suction and there is no blockages ) No response to the help line No 0161 833 5443 ) Help !!

From date of delivery it’s has take 6 weeks for all parts to be delivered. No interest in doing the right thing.

If I could give 0 star, then trust me I would. Where do I start, I ordered “VonHaus Dining Table, 4 Seater Kitchen Table for Dining Room” via B&Q and the delivery came, for me to be given a faulty table, scratches on the table leg (bearing in mind I opened 1 leg out of 4). In the instruction, there’s an Allen key, 12 screws and it’s like they have not made a hole AT ALL for the screws to fit in. They asked for proof, it was sent and I was given another replacement over 2 weeks later….. YEPPP you guessed it. It’s FAULTY as well. Like they must be joking right?! Do they not have a quality control assessor?! Is everything of yours faulty?! I don’t have faith in this company no more, so I have asked for a refund.
Don’t get me started on their responding times via email. It takes 3-5 business days for them to reply. When you ask why, they reply saying they are having a lot of emails. Well IM NOT SURPRISED if everyone is having this bad quality of products from yourselves.
I just want my money back please. I’m done.

I ordered a tv bracket 2 weeks ago, evri have accepted liability however as a company they could do more because 2 weeks later I’m still backwards and forwards trying to get a refund for an item I haven’t received, when emailing domu emails are not being replied to even after the 48 hours …..poor customer service, poor refunds and returns policy and being a verified seller on b and q market place this is just not acceptable standards and procedures ….. will NOT be ordering from them again and I won’t be recommending them to anyone I know !!!! And as it stands I’m out of pocket and have no item !!!!!!
Issue resolved quickly and efficiently
Recently ordered a trolley storage system from Domu, through B&Q.
It arrived with only 9 bars on one side and 10 on the other (manufacturing error).
I was able to speak to Domu representatives and they issued me a replacement, arriving within a day.
I'm so impressed in their customer service and how fast the issue was resolved.
The replacement looks exactly how it should and great quality.

I have ordered 2 items for express delivery, however only one turned up.
not having a contact number is not very helpful and it means the company doesn't like having upset customers on the phone, therefore doesn't care about having happy customers, not a good sign. Also I have not had a response as yet to several emails as to when i will receive my goods and get a refund for the express delivery.

I wrote a not too glowing review last week regarding a faulty oil filled heater I purchased the beginning of December and the lack of response from Domu, I now wish to say I have had an apology from them along with a full refund for which I am grateful. It seems some customers weren't so fortunate as myself but i think the company deserves a bit more credit. JG

Scam company! Order a projector screen via Amazon and they used this so called company who use XDP a scam delivery service which never arrived and like other comment usual automated response to which I never got my money back be warned

Bought Gazebo from them via Amazon. Described as waterproof, Heavy duty frame etc, 2 year warranty...1 down pour of rain and it folded up and broke, Not used as per instructions was their answer, Its a Gazebo and advertised as protection from the elements.... No refund/replacement offered by them, Then NO contact, just ignore you...Amazon refunded me tho,So bad luck for them getting the money for that sale... Take note of this company name and avoid this bunch of con merchants

If you want a refund forget it. This company should be forced to stop trading. They'll agree to a refund then send you a pdf returns label. They have done this to me twice. No courier turns up and when you try to contact them you get an answer machine. I have reported them to Amazon and iam looking into taking them to court.

EBAY purchase direct from Domu tracking wouldn't work. Then it was out for delivery they use xdp and you can't download there tracking app as its out of date and is blocked by the app store. Contact number is fake and all it give you is automated answer send a EMAIL !!! I have sent messages on ebay and via Email with screenshot of proof this company is a joke AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Awful service. Made a purchase from B & Q unaware that it was actually domu brands.
Item arrived damaged and with parts missing.
Customer service awful, they took days to respond, and not willing to return and refund me.
Eventually 11 days later they agreed, sent item back and now no refund.
Terrible customer service!!!
Vonhaus trimmer 2 in 1 NO SPARES
Vonhaus trimmer 2 in 1 only used lightly but designed to last just after the guarantee runs out! Tap and go feed system spare part not available they carry no spare parts they would rather sell new. Let’s hope the law changes and stops them from selling throw away equipment. It’s wrong and damaging to the environment when cheap imports from China cannot be repaired!
Purchased a BBQ through Band Q
Purchased a BBQ through Band Q, which was unknowingly to me at the time sources from Domu brands. The purchase was made 16/06 with an expected delivery of 21/06. Domu use XDP who are a whole different complaint and review and to date I have not received the item and have had one update which was dated 22/06. I have contacted Domu 3 times and still have had no helpful response. The last was to tell me my item would be delivered as soon as possible ! What does that mean? What date will it be delivered? The message was a clear fob off and whoever sent it probably hadn’t even chased the order. I would not recommend this company,and if I’d known it wasn’t even being shipped by B and Q I wouldn’t have bothered purchasing from them either.. oh by the way B and Q who advertised the item and who I thought I was buying from as it’s their site told me they can’t help because they didn’t sell the item lol…
