Ordered a hedge trimmer but decided I would go for a different model. Even though the item had been shipped they went over and above by contacting the courier and getting the item returned.

They clarified my query about return label as I do not have a printer. The return pickup was organised quickly on a day to suit me and the refund was paid promptly.

A kettle I’d had for a year stopped working, and having contacted their customer service, I received a replacing kettle within a couple of days. A toaster was also sent, and again, I contacted customer service. I was advised I could keep the toaster sent in error as a gesture of goodwill. Now that is fantastic customer service. I would definitely recommend Domubrands to friends and family.

I purchased a Vonshef 4 tray buffet warmer. Delivery was very slow. Was meant to be delivered Thursday eventually arrived Sunday evening... Damaged. Emailed customer service straight away who honestly couldn't care that it arrived both late and damaged. Very poor service. Wouldn't recommend.

As requested I emailed the Customer Service Team. After a few back and forth emails. I was told I would receive a full refund after 3-5 working day and no need to return the item. Now on day 7 still no refund. Followed this up with the customer service team to be recieve this....

No customer service response
Unfortunately when the item arrived it wasn’t suitable for my needs. I have been unable to get any response from the company to return the item and there is no returns information either with the product or on the website. The telephone line doesn’t receive incoming calls - then why list it under contact details? and there is no response to the email address - I have tried repeatedly. If in any doubt that the item will be perfect then don’t buy from them!
Trimmer arrived in a used state, you can't talk to anyone at Domu, they don't understand the problem we are having when explained on the email.

I had bought an item as a gift and accidentally added the wrong delivery address. VonHaus usually dispatch their orders very quickly, so I was worried that it would be too late to cancel, which would mean the gift would have to be collected from the wrong address and then posted to the correct one, incurring additional postage costs and reaching the recipient days later than needed.
Even though it was my mistake, Edmark in the customer service team was very quick to help, he cancelled and refunded the order as soon as possible and I was able to place a new order with the correct address.
Thank you so much for your help, the new order arrived just in time!

Something went wrong during the delivery service and my parcel was lost. I contacted Von Haus their customer support was amazing, they have kept me up to date with my delivery. My new parcel has arrived this afternoon. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you 🤩 👏
